"The location is super convenient, right next to the Yongdong Bus Station which offers direct routes to and from Shenzhen Bay Port. The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were all there. Not only do they offer breakfast, but also late-night congee. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. There's a food court nearby with a wide variety of options. Plus, Seven Star Crags is right across the street, and you don't even need to enter the paid area to enjoy the view. I came once half a year ago and decided to come back again this Chinese New Year."

"The 'lake view room' we booked only offered a distant glimpse of the lake. Being on the 6th floor, the view of the lake was very poor and not worth it. The central air conditioning was stuck at 19 degrees Celsius and couldn't be adjusted, making the room very cold, so we had to turn it off. The staff's solution was to provide a portable heater, which was quite a laugh. Breakfast was also very mediocre, not up to a five-star standard. However, the hotel's location is excellent."

The guy at the front desk even gave me two free breakfast vouchers, and when there was an issue with the charging cable in the room, they immediately sent someone to replace it with a new one. The value for money here is incredible! Plus, the room even has a super large bathtub, and it's clean and hygienic. Unfortunately, I couldn't extend my stay because they were fully booked. I called the front desk and asked them to send someone to restock and clean it when I went out in the afternoon. However, while I was just grabbing some takeout, a staff member saw me in only a half-towel, without clothes on, and asked if I needed shower gel, then handed it over. Wasn't that abrupt?
