"Don't expect much from a budget chain hotel costing 100 yuan. Aside from the relatively nice front desk staff, it's basically useless. The bed sheets have stains that are impossible to remove; they're the marks of time. The toilet is broken; anyone without common sense would just let the water run all night. The air conditioner smells musty as soon as it's turned on; it's like a V12 engine running at its highest setting, and a V8 naturally aspirated at its highest. The room also smells musty. What could I do? My red-eye flight arrived at 2 AM, the bus ride to the city didn't get me to the city until 3 AM, and by the time I got some late-night snacks, it was 4 AM. Spending another 300 yuan on a comfortable hotel would be a waste; a massage would cost 200 yuan, and I couldn't afford to stay up at an internet cafe. 100 yuan to get through until midnight was the best option. Time to make money, what can I say, I'm poor…"
