Ulasan Zhangye Xinshengyue International Hotel (Zhangye West High-speed Railway Station)

Located 10 minutes walk from the high speed rail station on the edge of town. Room was ok but nothing special. The air-con was pretty useless and breakfast was very poor - lukewarm with many options frequently running out. Even though it was included in our booking, I stopped going. About 10 minutes by taxi from the central restaurant street.

The room is clean and spacious. However, there was a strong smoke odor even though it was a non-smoking room. Despite this, the overall stay in the city was satisfactory.

It was a very modern hotel, with clean and spacious room. Equipment was sufficient and much use of energy saving device in the whole hotel by use of sensors. Hotel staff on seeing guests at lift entrance will greet them. At check out, the duty manager also politely greeted us goodbye and brought our two luggage to waiting taxi and wish us a present trip. A senior staff on duty suggested an eatery when asked for recommendation where locals will eat, and I ended eating there everyday. Security was good and we always felt safe. They also came to room to offer special brewed tea in the evening. A very personal gesture.

Amazing hotel. Very close to railway west station. Convenient location for all the tourist destinations. Front desk staff always try their best to serve their customer. Special thanks to Ms Dong who is especially friendly and helpful. Hotel has integrated heating system which is very warm for the winter holiday. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Zhang ye again.

The best service mind ever especially the front desk who very patient with non Chinese speaking like us. She is very kind and helped me arrange taxi to Zhangye sceaneric spot and Mari temple. She also made sure that taxi had translation application so that he could communicate with us.

One of the best hotels that I stayed in China. New built-hotel with modern facilities, staff are very supportive, breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and very good location, just a short walk to restaurants nearby. I will stay here again when I come back.

酒店挺豪華，前幾年剛裝修的，房間很乾凈，以為新區人少，沒想到周邊吃飯地方還挺多。前台態度非常好，主動倒了茶水，感動😌

酒店離家很近，來親朋好友訂了好幾次了，前台都會升級房間，非常不錯，房間裏很乾凈還是智能的，下次還會選擇。

第一次來張掖，一直有計劃，一直沒時間，終於抽空實現願望。雖然是冬天，景色沒有夏天那麼豐富多彩，但是張掖的美食俘獲了我的心，好吃😋！此次旅行不得不誇誇入住的酒店，位置好，乾淨，裝修大氣上上檔次，是我喜歡的風格，服務沒得説，以後來還住你家！
