This is the fourth year I have stayed at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. The hotel's facilities and services are excellent. This time I slept on the buckwheat pillow in the hotel room and I felt it was great. I even bought two to take home. During the stay, the staff decisively changed the room because of the noise problem on the floor. As long as the problem was raised, the staff would help solve it as soon as possible. It was great!

It was my first time here. The North Wing Apartment was quite new. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room faced the ski slopes and the scenery was beautiful. The ski hall was right after getting off the elevator. You could get on the cable car directly after getting dressed.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

Let's talk about the disadvantages. First of all, it was Friday night when we arrived at the hotel entrance. The ground parking spaces were full when we arrived at the hotel entrance. Not only full, but there was a bit of chaos. Then we were unfamiliar with the underground garage. The hotel is connected to the underground of Ginza Shopping Mall, and it is also very chaotic. There are all kinds of reverse driving and all kinds of random parking. This will really give travelers a bad experience. It's hard to find a parking space. I sincerely suggest that the underground garage management keep up. Another point is that the alarm clock at the bedside rang at 6 o'clock, and I was completely confused 😅. It's earlier than when I wake up on weekdays. I want to cry but I can't cry. It is recommended that the waiter help check the alarm clock after the previous check-out, after all, he doesn't know if it's a new guest 😌

Although it is five-star, it is too casual. I planned to go to the bar to listen to music at night, but a group of people were singing with broken voices🎤, and the whole hotel was filled with the sense of farmhouse music! It seems to be the boss's friend or something, isn't this a signboard? The swimming pool is not open and there is no place to play. The only afternoon tea is good and worth a visit. The environment and quality are not as good as Hengxing Metropark, although the prices are similar. The service is not bad, and Wanggui Hotel has improved its quality.

I can only see the roof of the auxiliary building below, which is almost equivalent to no view. Service: The guys at the concierge were very enthusiastic and actively helped with my luggage. They also took the initiative to take me to the infirmary to borrow medicine. Breakfast: To be fair, it's pretty average. After two days of taking it, there is basically no change

The location of the hotel is relatively secluded, suitable for self-driving, there are mountains and waters, but the road in front of the door is a bit narrow, and it is better to call the winding path. The front desk service is a highlight and very flexible. In the case of not many guests staying on the same day, we will send our children to the children's playground for free. For children around three years old, it is enough to discharge. The duplex theme room is good value for money, but the handrails of the wooden stairs are a bit shaking and need to be strengthened for building maintenance.
