Clean and flooring looks just renovated. Surrounding are few shops selling buffet and quite cheap for dinner.

The owner and his wife were really helpful and the room was clean. They helped us organising our trip and finding a good restaurant. All in all a pleasant experience. You have to expect a squat toilet like in the pictures, but for us it wasn't a problem.

We got in early in the morning before our check in time and the hotel was still willing to pick us up from the train station. They even gave us a different room so that we could check in early. The room was clean and warm. The staff was very welcoming and helped us get to the bus station too. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We had a great two-night stay at the Xianglai Inn. It is a short drive from the Zhangjiajie west railway station, to which we were offered rides whenever we needed by staff. The clean and inviting rooms were only outmatched by the service here. Access to Zhangjiajie National Park was easy following directions from staff, taking a cheap 30-minute bus to the park's east gate.

Alles in Allem sehr angenehm. Es gibt jedoch keinen Aufzug, wobei einem netterweise geholfen wird die Koffer hochzutragen. Das WLAN hat nicht so gut funktioniert und das Wasser wurde etwas zu schnell kalt, woraufhin man erstmal warten musste bis man wieder warm duschen konnte. Es gab zudem auch nur zwei kleine Handtücher. Zum Duschen haben wir unsere Eigenen verwendet. Außerdem hat er uns um 6:30 Uhr morgens zum Bahnhof gefahren. Er ist sehr nett und offenherzig.

訂的是套間，兩張床和一張沙發床，房間收拾的很乾凈，老闆是夫妻二人，都很健談，有問題可以諮詢，會熱心幫忙解決，樓上訂房間的老夫妻去市區找不到回來的路還是老闆給接回來的。民宿位置在郊區，但離張家界西站很近，出行市區遊玩可以打車，這段路比較暢通，整體來講很有性價比。

這家客棧真的很不錯！首先，它的位置很方便，離景點和市區都不遠，距離張家界西站也特別近，出行很便捷。其次，房間佈置得簡潔舒適，雖然沒有過多的奢華裝飾，但讓人感覺很温馨，就像回到了家一樣。床鋪也睡得很舒服，一覺到天亮，讓我得到了充分的休息。老闆非常熱情好客，有什麼需要的可以直接跟老闆説，他不僅詳細地介紹了周邊的景點和美食，還給了我們一些遊玩建議，讓我們能夠更好地享受這次旅行。總的來説，這次入住讓我很滿意，價格也很合理，性價比很高。如果你也想來這邊玩，不妨考慮這家客棧，我相信你也會喜歡的！
