Hotel yang bagus!!! Semua stafnya SANGAT baik!!! Lokasinya bagus!!dekat dengan kereta gantung gunung Tiemen

Penginapan yang bagus. Terletak di jantung Pusat Kota Zhangjiajie. Dekat dengan stasiun kereta gantung Gunung Tianmen.

Harganya terjangkau, lokasinya bagus karena bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke TianMenShan. Layanannya luar biasa.

Lokasi hotelnya bagus. Dekat dengan terminal kereta gantung Tian Mun Shan dan restoran lainnya. Prasmanan sarapannya standar. Fasilitasnya agak kuno dan perawatan kamarnya tidak sesuai standar hotel bintang 5. Namun, hotel ini adalah satu-satunya hotel bintang 5 yang dekat dengan terminal kereta gantung Tian Mun Shan.

It was a nice stay here! Very close (walking distance) to the cable way up to the Tianmen mountain. And the river in front of the hotel. The room was big. No noise during sleep. Breakfast was nice, not busy and on high floor with view. Service was good with some small fruits and deserts with kind messages. Good hotel for visiting the mountain.

Great location for the cable car to Tianmen, its just 10 minutes walk walk out of the hotel, turn left follow the road to the main road and it right in front of you across the road.

They lost our booking but was able to upgrade us to a bigger room. The location is next to the Tianmen Mountain cable car gate. The lobby smelt like cigarettes but the room we were in thankfully didn’t. Breakfast was decent with a few local delicacies. The bathroom was a bit dark and need some cleaning.

Rooms were very cold in December, not recommendable to families. Staff not speaking English!

The hotel is conveniently situated walking distance from the cable car, close to the railway station and the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nourishing and essential to the good start of our long mountain trips. We especially enjoyed the café near the front desk. While staying there, I recommend you to visit the 72 wonders house in Zhangjiajie - a folk type food and crafts place. We went on a Sunday, there was like a closing party and we had the best of times. 

Good Location near the railway station, Tianmen Mountain and 72 storey strange building. Rooms are spacious and excellent service is provided by the front desk. Irratied by the guy at the lobby who kept asking us do we wants to go to KTV Ladies were available... 😒 other than that this hotel is a excellent selection.

Big and clean room. Hotel is very narrow to cable station to TianManShan.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Tinamen Mountain cable car (10 minute walk), and close to many restaurants. We got a room upgrade to a very big, comfortable and clean room. The breakfast is excellent, delicious traditional chinese cuisine. The hotel haas a travel agency (where we booked tickets to the national park saving us the lines), money exchange service and several grocery stores. Overall everything was good except for a very unpleasant interaction with the staff. We had an early train in the morning and we asked at the front desk to help us book a taxi in advance. The entire staff, none of them speaks english obviously, 5 people started to make fun of us in chinese for several minutes, eventually telling us to to catch a taxi on the road at 5 in the morning. What is so funny about asking the hotel staff to call a taxi? It was very humiliating, this hotel clearly does not care for its foreign guests. I've stayed in several hotels in China, never have I experienced anything similar. Additionaly, since we checked out before breakfast the hotel refused to provide us with any appropriate compensation, offering us a bottle of water and a piece of bread. Cannot recommend this hotel.
