Ulasan Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort - Igloos and Chalets

A very bad experience, the hotel staff attitude is very poor, so expensive hotel staff to the face of people rolling their eyes, the middle of the night is very cold to knock on the door of the room said to check, do not understand the adaptability of the dead brain, the hotel's internal facilities are very inhumane, in the inside of the night to hit the head four or five times, knocking through the knee bleed, the hotel has a car, we said that we are willing to pay to let him send us to the bus station, because it is very remote really! Was unable to get a taxi, the hotel had an empty car dead to rights, causing us to miss the 500 euro bus. Don't come here, you will regret it!

Enjoy our stay. It’ll be better if they can provide shutter between aurora building, Kello and art gallery.

Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff:customers ratio. To avoid this, we dined in at 5:30pm.

Peace and Quite resort, the dinner in clouded is good. The only problem I have is the Shower is not in the room, I understand the room is small and it could not fit a shower in, but at least they could make the shower more accessible. I have to walk around 200m in the morning and night in the middle of winter just to take a shower, so inconvenient.

Good experience to stay for igloos.. just to bad cant see any north lights..

The hotel was clean, but there were no amenities. The shower had limited hot water and got cold quickly.

I feel that the level of hotel waiters varies greatly. Some are very enthusiastic, while others are very bad. Especially the guy who came to the room to light the fire. I even suspect that he has ****. It is really scary. The hotel environment is beautiful, but the indoor hygiene is not very clean. There are food crumbs on the quilt... The breakfast is also mediocre, and the dinner is unpalatable...

Magnificent igloo chalet. Superb snowy and calm landscapes. We were able to see magnificent Northern Lights thanks to the alarm in the chalet. Stars in your eyes! And the services are top notch. Awesome !

I stayed in Kelo, a half-timbered house with a glass roof. It was very large. It was worthy of being the originator of the glass house. The room was nothing special. There were two beds under the glass house, two beds in the wooden house, and a bunk bed in the villa. There is a sauna, which is very suitable for a family. It is also very convenient to play in the snow outside. Moreover, because the hotel has an aurora alarm clock, the hotel has an alarm clock to remind you when the aurora breaks out that night, so we were very lucky to see the aurora this night.

The room in the East Village Glass House felt very clean, and the room was not big but adequate. I was worried that there would be no 24-hour front desk because I missed my train and arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the evening, but I was very surprised that there was one, and the service attitude was gentle and thoughtful; then I got lucky. While lying in bed and looking at the stars in the sky, the Aurora appeared. I watched the aurora for more than an hour. The sky kept changing. It was worth watching the aurora while lying down.
