Ulasan Zhangjiajie Ruke Hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel. On arrival we were served tea and a sweet and a warm towel while we were getting checked in. The upstairs reception area was super cosy sitting around a gas fire and a we had their resident cat to keep us company. Room was lovely and modern. Great little touches and provided amenities were top notch. Service was exceptional and the breakfast was great with options for us to pick what we prefer off a few different menus. Location was about 15 minutes walk from the cableway to Tianmen Mountain or a short Didi ride. Would definitely stay again!!!

Although they didn’t speak English, they were amazing. Ambience was particularly good with an amazing breakfast served whenever you want. Room was not big but was enough for 1-2 nights. Loved all the automation in the room and especially the free laundry service

Fabulously friendly and caring staff . Hotel only has 23 rooms superbly decorated with all AI controls. Staff will go out of their way to take care of every need in anticipation. Free individual catered breakfast and night time free deserts . Absolutely recommended for any one to try this hotel which I think one of the most valued hotel in South East Asia. I give this 10 out of 10!

Pro: Located in neighbourhood area, near local eateriss and supermarket. Can easily grab Didi for rmb 6 to the cable station. The room quite spacious and come with AI assistance. The staff gave a fantastic welcome when we arrive, even picking us from the HSR with a luxurious limo. Con You have to change to slipper at the lobby before going to the corridor leading to the room. Don't understand the logic The room is not very sound proof and I can near people singing in the middle of the night Breakfast is limited, healthy but not tasty and don't provide additional if you ask for more. We saw a tea pot set at the main hotel lobby and we ask the hotel staff if we can offer us some tea so that we can have some traditional Chinese tea there but the staff said no and instead pour us 2 cup of blend tea instead. We felt the staff is very sincere. In comparisons, We went to eat the nearby restaurant to eat and they gave a big bag of tea to bring home. In conclusion, the hotel excel in the hardware like hotel, lobby and room design, and hotel pick up service. But lack in term of the service level.

Very beautiful hotel, hotel staff was so incredibly kind and provided us with care all the way through our trip - offered us to laundry our clothes right after our trip, made a very tasty breakfast and helped us to get all the tickets for the main attractions, told us when and where it’s most convenient to enter the park and which transportation to use! We are very happy with our stay! Thank you so much!

I booked the Ruke hotel because it looked good on the picture but I have to say if I ever go back to Zhangjiajie I would 100% go back there. This has been my best experience in a hotel so far in any country. Their level of service, hospitality and kindness is absolutely over the charts. Every detail is thought through to give you the best stay ever. Fantastic tailored breakfast, perfect shoeshine and amazing atmosphere, I had an amazing stay there. Their driver, a very nice chatty guy, picked me up at the station and immediately put me in the good mood with his easy manner. Then upon arriving in the hotel I was given welcome tea and biscuits while they did the check in for me and took care of my luggage. Then I was asked what I would like for breakfast and at what time it should be served. No buffet but a huge choice of local delicacies to choose from. And it just went on and on like that throughout my stay. This is by far my best experience and I am ever grateful to the whole staff for their ways. It made me feel very special. Thank you very much !! I don’t even mention the room itself, with a very nice balcony and voice control of all the elements (you have to speak Chinese) and the fact that it’s in walking distance to the Tian Men park entrance downtown. If you are going to Zhangjiajie, go to Ruke hotel, you won’t regret it!

This was the single BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE my partner and I have ever had. I can't begin to cover all the reasons why, but I'll share the highlights below: Staff: Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and readiness for the next leg of our trip in China. When we mentioned that we had been traveling for a week, they offered to launder our clothes at no charge - we arrived around 9PM and our clothes were ready early in the morning. When we went out for the day, they mended my partner's suitcase simply because they noticed a rip - we did not even have to ask! The thoughtfulness of the staff had no limits. Food: You can select what you'd like for breakfast the day before and at what time you'd like to eat. The dining room is exquisite, and the food was phenomenal. We particularly loved the spicy beef brisket noodles! Architecture / Decor: Every detail of the hotel, from the staircase to the greenery and angles of the hallways, to the art and patio, felt both homey and modern. We loved the art installations - paintings, sculptures, and more - around the building. Beautiful hotel. Room: We loved our room! It's equipped with smart technology, and the hair dryer is the equivalent to the Dyson one. Our patio was full of greenery. The bed, pillows, and comforter were sooo comfortable - we really didn't want to leave in the morning 😅 but alas, we were here to see Tianmen National Park. Also - the toiletries were lovely, we especially loved the scent of the body wash and shampoo. Grateful to have stayed here and hope to be back one day!

Fantastic hospitality and great service by all staff during our 5D4N stay at Ruke Hotel. They were accommodating to our requests and had free daily laundry and shoe cleaning services. Furthermore, the hotel was beautiful and everything was very clean and well maintained. There are also many good restaurants and marts nearby. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend people to stay here!

The hotel is awesome, has a boutique flavor and the guests are extremely welcoming and nice. Everything is perfectly arranged to the last detail and all spaces are equipped with high end products. Breakfast options are great as well. Definitely worth the stay !

WE absolutely loved this stay! Best hotel we’ve been to in Zhangjiajie. The hotel room is well equipped with top quality items, from the bedsheets and pillows, to the shampoo and body wash. Every hotel staff is on 24/7 standby to go above and beyond for the guests. Dirty clothes can simply be left in the laundry basket and you will see it all washed when you are back. They serve excellent breakfast till 11am. And many more! TL;DR: Excellent hotel. Impeccable service. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing 5 star service from the staff here, very impressed. Wifi was unusable but cell coverage was good in the area.
