Cleanliness can be improved. Other than that, the service staff during the day is attentive. There is a supermarket (you yi ding) nearby, and close to many food options.

Big and spacious room, well equipped with many amenities such as the freezer, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly as well. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a stay!

F Town lofts still is my favorite place to stay in Long gang. Great location, with modern rooms that include washer and dryer, and projection screen entertainment. It's a great place for hybrid work and relaxation. Lots of food and shopping nearby.

Hotel was far away but the location looks really nice and is about 1.5 km away from a beautiful park. We got a loft room for 4 people and liked it a lot, though it was a bit difficult to find the building. You have to look for block B building 1 I believe, which is somewhere behind F town. There are many restaurants and bubble tea/dessert places in the area but not many people go there because the location is in the middle of nowhere, so it’s quite refreshing in that sense. Also, we weren’t allowed to use the gym DESPITE it being indicated that there is gym facilities available which was extremely disappointing.

staff in hotel cant speak english. Hotel find hard , google map cant use in china and China’app cant active too. A woman staff in hotel not friendly and not help anything if you ask for!!!
