Friendly staff. Good location. Easy access to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. However, there was no air conditioning. You could open window a little bit, but air ventilation was still not good. It’s hard to say there was a view in the room, unless you consider a loading bay was okay. There was no free wifi provided in lounge or in hotel room. It’s chargeable at £3 per night. It’s noisy in the morning when workers began unloading products for a supermarket nearby.

it's a travel lodge very normal nothing to write home about.

The lodge was tidy and clean however heating needs to be worked on.

I Came To South London Just Going On A Trip And Had An Amazing Time Here With The Help Of Some Lovely Chaps Oliver And Naz, Who Recommended An Amazing Restaurant And Just Where Overall Lovely To Me And My Partner. I Would Definitely Recommend This Location To Stay At If Your Looking For A Friendly And Clean Hotel

Room was Smelling due to dirty carpets. Smell was very bad. There were staines on the carpet. Substandard cleanliness.

The toilet had just been used by someone else and not cleaned with poo all over. It was disgusting to even walk in there. It appeared as though the cleaner had just done that as they just walked out of the room when I was getting to the room.

Window left open to air the room, which was baking hot on my arrival. Room didn't cool until well into the early hours. Had to wrap myself in a wet towel to keep cool.

Thank you to the wonderful staff who helped me reunite my 4yo little boy with his lifelong best friend (his Peter rabbit toy). I called the reception a few days after we stayed when we searched everywhere and realised we must have left it in the room! The receptionist was so friendly and assured me the staff would search for the toy. A few hours later they rang me back with the good news. He is absolutely over the moon! The hotel even gave me a courtesy call a week later to check all was ok. All round lovely experience and lovely staff

Great place to stay over night if you want go London the next day for a family day out the housekeepers are very friendly and do a good job cleaning i can’t remember all the cleaners names but the are excellent and don’t get the recognition they deserve

I had a problem sleeping properly, the matress was hard, the workers at the reception were somehow arrogant and did not care to ask if I needed help during my stay.

This hotel is great. I thoroughly enjoyed by stay. The rooms are nice and clean and staff are very pleasant and helpful when asked. Beds comfy and shower is powerful. It’s a great base to stay when working in Leatherhead but need to commute to London for meetings.
