Pros. Traditional premier inn style： Comfortable beds Plenty of space Friendly staff Good value for money and tasty food Convenient location Cons. Internet is very unstable I stayed here for three days and there was no house keeping at all, even the towels were not changed!

Rooms poorly cleaned. Day staff was rudely unpleasant throughout the stay. Night shift staff were nice.

早餐一般在現場付款，英式老八樣，還是很不錯的。美式酒店管理風格，房間不小也不大，緊湊，就是晾衣架是不能移出掛衣櫃的，窩在一起，不便於通風。最好帶彎鈎的衣架就好了。

Everything was great. Clean and friendly staff. Lucia, Macauley and Prem and others couldn’t be more helpful… 🙏 We had a twin room which was warm quiet and clean. The staff allowed us to keep our food and drinks in their fridge til we needed them…

3rd time stayed here as a great location, staff always very friendly and so helpful. Had a problem this time as the room key didn't work to get into room. Took 2 attempts to get it reset before finally got in, had to go into bar restaurant each time to find a member off staff, wait until found someone as reception isn't constantly manned which was a tad bit annoying hence scores this time, other than that i highly recomend staying here.

I came for 1 night yesterday 24th January wost stay ever wasn’t made to feel welcome room was very disappointing as I payed £74:99 for the room the had come off the wall the light switch was broken and dangerous shower curtain had a big stain breakfast this morning was horrible got told breakfast opened at 6:30 am but got told it opens at 7am worst experience so unfortunately I won’t be returning

Paid for a plus room but was no normal than any of the other premier inns that we’d stayed in. Awful restaurant. Made to feel rushed as setting up for breakfast at 8pm. Not very accommodating at all. Bedding was awful. Didn’t fit the mattress at all. Will not be looking at staying at a premier inn again after this experience. Expensive weekend paying for a little more wasted and disappointing. Will be checking out the Wetherspoons hotels on our next trip to Edinburgh.
