Ulasan Cross Life Hakata Tenjin

Overall not recommended  Location - 15 mins walk to cancel city, 15 mins walk to Tenjin station and 25 mins to Hakata station.  Surrounding only has convenient stores and eateries. Nothing fantastic. Parking - event thou there are lots available the reception refuse to let us park. Claimed there is no reservation.  Room - very small. Staff - Not helpful at all.  Hot bath - only the basic shampoo, conditional and shower bath available.

Hotel was rather convenient, room was ok as well, 17m2. There was a public bath but it’s usually crowded.

Room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Convenient locations with lots of great restaurant options nearby.

Except being located in Tenjin with easy access to many food and shopping areas, I have nothing to recommend this hotel. Service is minimal and they even charge you to assist you making a call for taxi, never experienced anything like that, omg.

Hotel is very good. You can walk 5 mins to station. Check in and check out is quick because you can self check in. On 2nd floor, it has free public bathroom.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is good and delicious. The staff are nice and helpful. But the location is in the small street, therefore it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel by driving a car. Overall , I satisfied the experience in this hotel.

The room size is a bit small. Location is good but nearby street is dirty, environment near the hotel is complicated. Kids not suitable to walk around during the night time. Seems like very dangerous.

Room size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

rooms are small, air con not enough, good location, good service, not cheap

Located in the middle of tenjin & hakata, around 10-15min walks, nice onsen with relaxing ambiance!

All was good but we could see traces of dust here and there in the room. It's around 8 minutes by foot from the subway station but that wasn't a big problem for us.

The size and design of the room is pretty good and comfortable. However, the first time a hotel in Japan does not provide tea or coffee (happy to be corrected in case I missed out). Last but not least, the location is unbeatable and surrounded by interesting restaurants and parking lots. Walkable distance to shopping area and city centre (JR station).

location is good, room is clean, staffs are polite, will come back if visit again
