Location, service and views were amazing. However, they need to invest money to refurbished the rooms. Shower and shower doors were broken, the toilet was flooded every time I was having a shower. The rooms are a bit cold and the curtains did not close properly the windows.

Very clean hotel with everything you need. There are many attractions around. You can hear the church bells in the morning. This price is 200 points. If you have the chance, you can stay here.

A great hotel with great location, cleanliness, facilities and service. The breakfast was very good. The receptionist was lovely. The best thing was the views of the Basilica del Pilar. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good location, and it is very convenient to walk to the surrounding attractions. The breakfast is rich, and the staff is very friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out procedures are very smooth. The room with an unbeatable view has a great view. Highly recommended!

For one night that I stayed, everything was perfect. Transportation was nearby and you could walk to many places.

The good thing about this accommodation is its location, right on the Plaza del Pilar. The facilities are a bit limited. And the room I got with a window faces an interior courtyard. And the light from the hallway filters through the door.

The best assessment I can give is that everything is as it was the first time I was there. There is not much room for improvement, but due to the overall quality of this hotel... I will continue to come back.

The room is clean and tidy. It is not big, but it is quite comfortable. The location is excellent, right in Pilar Square, opposite the Cathedral. The front desk service is very good, and the recommended restaurant is delicious and affordable. The hotel breakfast is simple, but it has everything you need, including eggs, fruits, cereals, yogurt, milk, coffee, bread, sausages, etc. The hotel price is also OK
