酒店位置非常好，步行去周邊景點十分便利，早餐豐盛，工作人員服務非常友好，熱情，周到。入住或退房手續都很順利。無敵景觀房，美景一覽無餘。非常推薦！

房間乾淨衞生整潔，不算大，但是比較舒適，地理位置優越，就在Pilar廣場，對面就是主教堂。酒店前台服務態度非常好，推薦的餐廳味道不錯，價格實惠。酒店早餐比較簡單，但是該有的都有了，有雞蛋，水果，麥片，酸奶，牛奶，咖啡，麪包，香腸等。酒店價格也還可以

Personal de servicio muy agradable. Ubicación muy buena para ir andando por el centro y tienes la plaza del Pilar nada más salir del hotel.

Repetimos una vez más y no me canso de decir q este hotel siempre es apuesta segura....

可以説是完美，就在聖母教堂對面距離一百米吧。可以聽到敲鐘的聲音。離大橋也很近走幾步就到了。躺在床上可以看到教堂

早餐豐盛，設施齊全，環境衞生，服務周到

La ubicación excepcional, pero al llegar a la recepción nos atendió una señora que quizás estaba muy cansada o no sabemos si realmente no quería atendernos, yo he sido Recepcionista en USA y Madrid y lo primero q hay q hacer después del check in, es explicarle los lugares de interés al huésped o x lo menos preguntarle q le gustaría hacer y que podría hacer durante su estadía... lamentablemente no encontramos la empatia de esta persona... El aire acondicionado era insuficiente para la habitación, las cortinas no tapan completamente la luz que entra desde afuera durante el día... La tv vieja.. La cama estuvo Ok... Hay ascensor.. El parking 14.7 todo el dia... Por último agradecer a los otros 2 señores recepcionistas que si saben empatizar con los clientes, jamas me quedaría en este hotel nuevamente...

Magnífica ubicación y personal muy amable. La habitación era muy amplia y la cama cómoda. El baño es lo que no nos gustó. Ducha de hidromasaje antigua, sin poder usarla, ya que estaba toda rota e incluso oxidada en su gran mayoría, no se podían poner los chorros y la puerta del baño estaba rota por lo que todos los olores salían a la habitación... El desayuno muy bueno y completo.

The overall stay was fine, room was a little rundown but location and view was great. Somehow the shower leaked to floor like crazy and the heat was not adjustable and got too hot for us. Breakfast was good and people very nice.

Location, location, location - you can't find another hotel with a better location. We arrived early and the hotel staff checked us in and gave us a room facing Plaza del Pilar. It's a historic hotel, so expect that the room can be small, but enough for a couple. Bedding is clean and beds are comfortable. Bathroom including shower is newly renovated. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is included with lots of selections, from fruits to juices, deli, breads of all sorts. There is also a lady made us coffee and tea. Given the hotel location is central, there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it is a nice hotel.
