When we arrived made us fully welcomes and help us checked in and they gave us room card and one of the receptionist took us too our resort room and lovely staff and food and very helpful and helping us sort activities around Greece and get the best prices fully recommended

Just arrived home after 2wks, at this lovely hotel. The staff are wonderful, they look after your every need. Special thank you to a beautiful lady, Aida in the dining room. Always a smile on her face, and going out of her way. To make sure that you know where everything is, and how it works. Language was not a barrier for her, she actually showed you and guided you through each process. Also the bar staff, Stam and Nick in the pool bar. The hotel was spotless, and cleaned to a high standard. The food was delicous, something for everyone. If you dont like Greek food, dont go to greece. Also the reception, and Amalia and her sister. We asked to change rooms, and not a problem showed us the room 1st. Hotel is across a narrow road, from the beach, then into the sea which is warm and shallow. We stayed the hotel from 16 of sept until 23 of September. We loved our room location. It was facing directly to the larger pool and near by the restaurant (1108). Nice, large terrace, perfect to watch the evening entertainment😄. Comfortable large two room, clean daily and fresh towel. Hotel super clean, thanks for the housekeepers🙏. Bathroom nice with shower, but really smells. Food average, but we had the most amazing waitress Aida, our sunshine with her beautiful, big smile every day. She is such a genuine, helpful, nice person. This hotel need to be so happy to have her. We had a really personal nice contact with her in our holiday. Other waiting on staff polite but nothing special. Thanks for all the hotel staff to make our holiday special, but especially to Aida. She will always in our heart!🙏❤️

When choosing White Olive Premium Cameo, I was attracted by the location right by the sea. Throughout the island and near the hotel, there are several beautiful places that must be seen, such as the port of Agios Sostis, the wedding island of Cameo, the turtle island of Marathonissi or the Keri caves. You can find souvenir shops right on the street, or in nearby Laganas. As for food and rooms, in one word excellent. We thank the entire team of the hotel, who are always smiling, willing to advise and help with anything you need. We made many friends here. It was an unforgettable, week-long vacation full of experiences. We will definitely come back here again! 🙏☺️

We loved the location of the hotel, being right on the beach but the hotel didn't live up to its 4 star accreditation, in our view. The pools were good apart from towards the end of our stay when most of the sunbeds were taken away, probably in preparation for the hotel closing a couple of days after we were leaving. The all inclusive food followed the usual buffet style presentation but the standard was not good. There was no toaster for toasting bread at breakfast and the lunch time and evening selection of main courses left a lot to be desired. We went to an alternative restaurant 3 times during our stay in order to get a tasty meal. On a positive note, all the bar and waiting staff were very amiable and efficient. The room cleaning service was not brilliant as the bathroom was not cleaned often (the basin and shower not at all in the whole 2 weeks) but regular towel changes were available.

well, where do I start? On arrival, we were given a double room which seemed like an annex. Initially, upon entering the room, had a terrible sewage smell and the toilet had many flies. After attempting to go to reception we found out that the door would not close so both me and my partner struggled to get it closed. After messing with it for a bit, we realised that you had to lift and pull. So I explained this to the receptionist who just simply smiled and said I don’t know. After being in the room for approximately less than one hour, we had discovered a bees nest on the balcony with a swarm of bees circulating. Again we approached reception with this and was offered a room upgrade for an extra €15 per night which was refused. After spending one night in the accommodation, we were both unhappy as we were bitten by bedbugs, and also had staff burst into the room whilst I was not dressed. A member of staff did not knock. She simply use the key and letting herself in after leaving us in the room five minutes prior because she just cleaned it. Again when we went to speak to reception, we met with a mile and I don’t know when asked to see a manager a manager was never present or available. I don’t usually leave reviews, but on this occasion, I felt compelled to do so, because of the diabolical state of the room and the fact that the staff did nothing to help. I have never stayed in something so poor.
