Ulasan Chillout Hostel Zagreb

Saya sangat menikmati lokasi baru hotel ini. Sekarang lebih bersifat industrial. Kamar saya berada di lantai dua, dengan langit-langit tinggi, tingginya lebih dari 3,5 meter. Jendela berada di atas jalur trem, tetapi pada malam hari tidak berisik sama sekali. Sejujurnya, perkotaan menawan. Di lobi, suasananya cukup menyenangkan / clubby / sangat santai dan ramah. What began as a suspiciously underpriced, gorgeously designed, epicentrically located property with heart and smiles for days...turned into a psychotic, abusive nightmare, like something straight out of Rosemary’s Baby. Never in all my days, in all the hundreds of properties and thousands of nights in everything from backpacker hostels to five-star suites, have I been subjected not simply to bad service (fixable) but outright and unrepentant hostility, harassment and torment by the staff. Unbelievable. As the gentleman and professional many know me to be, I in good faith detailed the infractions, called for a GM meeting, recommended simple solutions, had multiple follow-up meetings, and presumed the offending micro-tyrants would be disciplined and neutralized. They weren’t. It only got worse. And worse still. Think, stalking, door slamming, man-handling my iPad (verboten), shorting guest change when paying by cash in the bar (witnessed multiple times), having aggressive security called for eating in an otherwise public area five minutes beyond a theretofore unknown “rule,” asking me repeated and pointedly “how long I would be staying...” you get the idea. So, in the end, I cancelled two weeks of reservations (which would have been expanded to 6+) and protested with my feet. I left. A day out and I STILL feel emotionally winded, unsure of what I just witnessed. All I know is that if my behavior to a client or guest even approached this, I’d be – and should be – terminated on the spot. This was not the decision of management. But maybe it’s me. Maybe this is Croatia’s version of adventure travel. Not enough to make me fall out of love with Zagreb...but close. Interesting world.

The room was nice, and place beautiful, but the hostel not very social I'm my opinion.

The hostel is very central within Zagreb and as such has an excellent location. The staff were pretty relaxed and friendly, checking us in fairly quickly. Although a bit expensive, the room was great with very comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The room and the hostel in general were both very clean. It had great air-conditioning. The rooftop hostel bar isn't great but the ground floor bar is much better.

Staff were very nice, and location was excellent. However, the rooms are cramped, and everything smelled strongly of smoke, including the towels (and eventually our clothes). There was also a few other things: the showers leaked, we had a few power cuts, the bathrooms aren't cleaned each day so they get a bit dirty, and the kitchen was quite unclean.

Struttura accogliente e gradevole situata in posizione strategica vicino al centro di Zagabria. Personale cordiale e disponibile, molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Camere e letti soddisfacenti e dotate di tutti i conforts. Prezzi estremamente competiti e

Il titolo dice tutto: questo posto è una discoteca e nella parte dove solitamente si tengono le giacche a inizio serata, c'è la reception. L'ascensore per le camere parte dal centro del locale creando un'atmosfera curiosa, quando in mezzo a ragazzi che ballano compaiono viaggiatori con zaini da 60L. La stanza era pulita ma chiaramente se vi dà fastidio il rumore non dormirete 5 minuti. Complessivamente è un'esperienza da provare!

Nos costó un poco encontrar el hotel porque la recepción está ingresando a una galería y pasando el bar del propio hotel.... nos alojamos en la parte de habitaciones privadas... nos gustó la decoración del lugar, tipo industrial-rústico... el baño no era gran cosa, pero zafaba... La ubicación es inmejorable, pleno centro , cerca de todo, buses ( como para ir al aeropuerto) o estación de tren si querés ir a ciudades cercanas. Lo que no me pareció apropiado es el precio..si bien era una habitación privada, como dije, me resultó muy caro, tanto por el servicio que da como por la ciudad en sí... No volvería.

Je recommande. Premièrement, l’auberge est hyper bien située, en plein centre. De plus, la chambre était propre et les lits conforts. Aussi, l’accueil était sympathique. J’y suis allée en solo et je valide. Si je retourne sur Zagreb j’irais là pour sûr.

A pochi minuti dalla piazza principale di Zagabria, ottimo ostello, ho preso una camera tutta per me bagno incluso, molto grande, nonostante ho chiesto una camera silenziosa, ho sentito il tram anche con i tappi alle orecchie; buon caffè e ottimo spizt, personale gentilissimo. Deposito bagaglio senza sovrapprezzo. Ci ritornerei senz'altro
