the hotel is good but the staff not approachable they didn't even speak English so that we could understand what they were saying and the slowness of their processing for the room and their check-in time which should be 2pm because that is what is stated on their site and we can go to the room

Room is clean and the beds are firm. Overall it’s a clean hotel.

住的是四人房，乾淨舒適，床軟硬度適中，飯店內裡面的設施小朋友也玩的開心，可惜天氣不好影響去遊樂園的時間XD

這次訂房的房型很大～空間也大 帶行李箱🧳也還有很大空間 床睡起來也很舒服😌☺️ 隔音也不錯👍 廁所乾濕分離

飯店親子設施太少了

房間老舊、地毯需更新 櫃台人員完全不接電話、打了好幾天沒有接聽電話、以為這間酒店已經關閉了（評論已經很多人反應不佳） 轉接洽到餐廳人員預約晚餐、還好有人接聽電話 唯一值得讚賞餐廳陳主廚很親切招呼客人（傳統小吃） 食材準備充足、讓取餐感覺很好！

在雲林的一個五星級酒店，晚上的show很不錯，演員們都很專業，不糊弄，周邊環境非常好，服務也不錯，停車很方便，來雲林推薦住。

三天兩夜的假期，一切都很棒！

水上設施還不錯，可惜飯店太舊，廁所燈一閃ㄧ閃，滿恐怖，其他都還ok，食物也很不錯，適合全家旅行，只要在把飯店整理好，我覺會很多人去玩。

清潔度ok,但設施有點偏舊，吹風機 冰箱設備 有的已經小毀損但位修復

如果重新裝潢會更好，服務人員不錯，跟外面的飯店吃把費晚餐價位不貴，算東西滿好吃的，下午茶可以在那邊聽鋼琴真的不錯👍

酒店太老了，從環境、裝修以及服務員年齡都凸顯了老，整體簡陋，唯一的好處就是在遊樂園門口，但遊樂場晚上5點就關門了，也沒有夜間活動，根本不用住宿
