We love the ambience and you can get a private onsen. The shower room in the room is very small but it does not matter we we could use the private onsen. The food was excellent. The only little complaint is that it is about 15-20 minutes’ walk to the famous Floral Village. Nevertheless, we had a good time.

The hotel was not really managed by local Japanese, as the so called half board meals inclusive and hotspring facilities are very low end. The first night dinner included diy sushi- pot of sushi rice, seaweed, and some inner filings (ie raw fish, cooked shrimp, egg, cucumber etc). Interesting, they could not provide sushi soy sauce, but some eel sauce or general soy sauce. It was a bad experience… as the meals we expected would be genuine Japanese dinner included in a traditional onset hotel. Hotspring facilities are dated and uncleaned….though the spring water is in right temperature. The breakfast is less disappointed. But it is my first time to try chicken tempura, which is not something I experienced ever in my past decades traveling in Japan. I booked a garden room. It is not too small, but not spacious and easy to keep large luggage inside. Room condition is soso. They don’t have daily room cleaning service. Two good remarks I can make: they offer free drinks during meals and near reception area. Besides, they keep some adorable cats and a dog there which my kids loved to play with them.

Fantastic accommodation. There's 5 onsen that you can try out during your stay. Food is really good with free flow alcohol for dinner. Really sweet of the staff to prepare snacks and a complimentary Polaroid shot when you check out. Everything is just so comfortable and fuss-free.

Nice onsen and room. They hired Nepali to serve and much better communication. Food is delicious Using their bicycle to travel in the city was reli nice and convenient, saving lots of time.

Our ryokanl booking came with sukiyaki dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the dinner very much but had to skip the breakfast due to our tight schedule. The ryokan had a cosy atmosphere, almost as if like we were staying at a good friend's house. There were a few cute and friendly cats which were mostly hanging around the courtyard and reception area. Nice onsen private onsen baths. Wished that the ryokan had provided luggage stands for us to put our luggages instead of us having to place our luggages on the floor and on the sofa.

Close to station, easy to find on Google Maps. The hotel is a converted old-style private room, and the environment is elegant. Only 10 rooms or so, all on the ground floor, no need to go up and down. The hotel doesn't have much staff, so we have to rely on guests to be self-disciplined.  The hot spring is not a large bath, it is five separate baths, two of which are open-air, and the principle of use is first come first served. However, its natural hot spring water is not hot, only 41 ~ 42 degrees. I choose half board, dinner and breakfast are delicious, some drinks & wine can be unlimited.  Also the hotel itself has two cats & 1 dog, very cute & friendly, like  pet people definitely recommend, the night was very lucky, have cats to sleep with. 

Fortunately, I lived in an old house that was both cute and unique. The location was convenient. It was about seven minutes to the left from the station. There was a convenience store next to it. The hotel provided sufficient facilities and supplies. The front desk staff was friendly. There was also a dog manager and a cat manager. There were five private hot springs, both outdoor and indoor. The food was fresh and delicious, but it would be better if you didn't have to grill dinner yourself.

The Japanese-style garden is very unique. The private bath and meals are also quite satisfactory. The cats and dogs are so cute. The distance from the bus station and the train station is also satisfactory. It is within walking distance. It is just the room of the B&B. Em... I can only say that I still prefer hotels. Overall, I still give it 5 points and will recommend it to friends

Of course, hot spring hotels provide hot springs, which can be used when no one is around. They are available indoors and outdoors, and can be used for 30 minutes each time. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and all-you-can-drink drinks include beer and vegetable juices... There are cat managers and dog managers at the front desk!

As soon as you enter the room, you are greeted by a musty smell. It seems that no one has stayed here for a long time! Room facilities are OK. I wanted to soak in the hot spring at night and found that the water level was only one-third of the level. When I sat down, it only reached my waist, which was about 40cm! The water enters very slowly, and it only increases after waiting for about an hour. 5cm high! And the water temperature was not hot enough, so I had to give up! Food is average

Cats are very cute. The hotel is very nice. There are 5 private soaking pools, as well as a foot soaking pool. The location is also very good. Highly recommended, but better than teaching multiple people Book

Nice B&B, stayed in the annex loft, the room was large and clean, Japanese and Western style, but you need to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself, the newly built house still has some smell. The five private baths are all good, no reservation is required.
