"The management is chaotic, and some staff and security personnel seem untrained. Breakfast, typical of resort hotels, is only served at 9 AM. Smoking is ubiquitous indoors, even in the breakfast area and elevators. Staff seem indifferent, with no one taking responsibility. For a hotel that advertises itself as having a water park, with children everywhere, allowing guests to smoke freely is baffling. There's a sewage odor in both rooms. One room lacks a floor mat and non-slip mat. When I asked customer service, they said that room simply doesn't have them, and they weren't there during the last cleaning. When I called the switchboard, the person who answered said the hotel doesn't provide these. I pointed out that the other room does have them, and how could the hotel not provide a non-slip mat? The bathroom and shower floors are tiled, and without a mat or floor towel, they are indeed very slippery. One of the bathroom doors is also broken. Actually, some of the service staff are quite good, so I don't want to generalize. Such chaotic service only shows how incompetent the management is."
