Hotel yang indah!!! Lokasi bagus dan sarapan enak Juga, setiap staf ramah!! Sebagian besar tempat wisata dan kawasan pusat kota dekat. Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini 👍

All things good, but breakfast was disappointing. Just a week ago, we were in Hampton London city where the breakfast was certainly much better. Location is near to the city centre and the river where the cruises are run.

We were impressed by every staff. They are very helpful, enthusiastic, and have great service mind. They always smile for every customers. We felt safe when stayed here. The room looks new, quite clean, and peaceful. And the breakfast buffet is so great! I love hot chocolate.

The staffs are so nice. But there is no on-site parking, and the off-site parking is quite far away. Other then that, everything are great.

Hilton picadilly i hope you provide aswell basic personal hygiene kit for clients such as toothbrush and toothpaste. This is very important

This was my first visit to York. The hotel was ideally placed for visiting on foot all the sites as within the city walls. The room was really clean and had a fridge and kettle. It was very quiet and air conditioning on . Comfortable and excellent breakfast. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Good sized rooms, nice location, everything within walking distance of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again.

Very bad experience no heating gave us extra duvets

Good hygiene, spacious room with huge Smart TV. Breakfast inclusive with basic food choices.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was some issue with the booking and the front-desk staff were quick to offer tea/coffee and get us seated while sorting out the issues. It took about an hour but the staff were professional and gave us an upgrade and a box of chocolates for the delay. Breakfast was decent with a rather good spread and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Note: pre book parking early as it can get very full and you’ll have to park further away.

Lovely place, in the middle of the town center, staff great, breakfast amazing, rooms good.

The hotel location is good but the staff services is below the standard as this is part of Hilton Group hotels
