Friendly staff. Everything in the room is neat, tidy and clean, including toilet and towels. Provide parking with a small fee.

A small and cute hotel. It is in a old fashion decoration and clean enough.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. It's a fair walk to get to the center of York.

Staff really friendly and helpfull ,didnt get chance to try the food so cant comment on that , nice 10 minute walk into city centre close to york races , was clean but feel could do with little update in room but everyrhing you need for nice stay in york

Had a lovely time, staff were great. Pool was great, nice and relaxing. Breakfast was spot on.
