Kamarnya luas dan terang, dan lokasinya bisa diterima. Ada bekas gigitan di betis di kamar, dan tidak ada solusi setelah melaporkannya ke pelayan. Batas waktu sarapan di hotel adalah pukul 10:00, tetapi jika Anda tiba di restoran pada pukul 09:40, Anda tidak diperbolehkan masuk untuk makan. Ini adalah satu-satunya saat hotel tidak mengizinkan Anda makan sebelum batas waktu tersebut.

Tempat ini luar biasa. Benar-benar baru. Kamarnya besar bahkan menurut standar Amerika dengan semua yang Anda harapkan. Sifat arsitektur berkelas yang sopan memungkiri kebaruan hotel. Ya, kami masih bisa membuat hal-hal bagus! Sedikit berjalan kaki ke stasiun kereta Yokohama tapi mudah kok. Dan banyak sekali restoran dan layanan hebat di stasiun itu. Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu.

Ini bersih dan nyaman. Dekat dengan stasiun Yokohama tapi saya merasa agak jauh jika berjalan kaki.

Ukuran kamar hotel besar tetapi lokasinya sulit ditemukan. Itu tidak dekat dengan stasiun kereta

Anda harus membayar ekstra untuk parkir dan wifi jika Anda bukan anggota. Sarapannya luar biasa!

Very great location, easy to access to everywhere. Especially facilities and breakfast were very great. Will visit again next time.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is "staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.

Big room and clean. Love the Crabtree products - lotion and shampoo . Very convenient and staff are friendly Breakfast tastes so so . But bearable

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Yokohama. Staff is very nice and helpful. It was a pity that the hotel did not give us an upgrade as we booked Premium room for 4 nights and deluxe room for 1 night. Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and the room is spacious. The people and services there are very friendly and welcoming.

The rain fall shower did not work. The sun blind did not work. The staff gave me wifi password that doesn't work.

Everything was high quality especially the room cleanliness and amenities. It was outstanding! The only negative was that there was no free wifi service in the room, even though we pay a lot of money. Also some of the staff members at the reception had no smiles or warm welcoming atmosphere when we checked in. Everyone seemed so busy looking down at the PC that they weren’t vigilant at welcoming guests passing through the reception area. A warm, hearty smile would make a big difference at a hotel like the Hilton.

The room was great! Staff is super friendly. Will definitely visit again.
