Ulasan Native Edinburgh

We booked the hotel room mainly because of the en-suite washer and dryer. After three days in the Highlands, all our clothes were muddy. Note, the hotel does not have any drying racks.  The location was fine for us. We like to do a lot of walking. The front desk staff were always very friendly. The bagged breakfast in the morning was nice. I would say my only complaint is the bathroom, it very much felt like an afterthought. There was no counterspace! The drawer right under the sink did come out so you could put your products there. The rest of the hotel room had so much personality, but the bathroom was boring, white and beige, and not functional.

the location was pretty good(about 20mins walk to old town), clean room but windows are hard to open since they are pretty old.

Great location. Very clean. Nice room and friendly staff. Free breakfast bag was a great plus.

Good room but just a little hard about the parking space that we need to park at NCP which is not that far but would be better if has somewhere closer.

Loved my stay. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. But the pay had breakfast and drinks you could purchase. I also liked that it was close enough to walk to all of the sights but far enough away to be out of the crowds. The person that greeted us, I think his name was VJ, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, shower head was great and the towels were plush. What more could I ask for?

離火車站走路大概20分鐘，房間帶客廳，設施特別齊全，有洗衣機烘乾機，微波爐烤箱電磁爐，很乾凈。其他都很好，就是早餐是一個紙袋裡麪裝一盒飲料，餅乾啥的，不太好吃，第二天還是出去吃早餐了。

入住時間必須三點以後，一刻都不能提前，有急需的留意下。第一次安排給我們窗户靠路邊的房間看得到行人，房間離得很遠走很久拐來拐去才能到，行李不方便的要留言給他們。後來換到半地下層，下次需要提前告知不要路邊房間。有廚房但沒有窗户光線不夠也就沒做飯，小桌很合適兩三人用餐，大堂很有特色。房費很貴不知道是不是藝術節緣故，到附近問了inn的價格便宜好多但比這裏方便舒適。下次不想選這裏了，沒看出什麼好除了有廚房。

這家酒店是這次來英國住的價格最貴的一家，也是體驗感最差的一家，真是一星都不想給。住了兩晚，第一天半夜三點，酒店火警響了，大家匆忙披上外套跑到酒店外，蘇格蘭的夜裡已經挺冷的了，旁邊有爸爸光着腳抱着孩子坐在地上，持續了大約有二十多分鐘吧，一直沒有工作人員出來解釋安撫，最後還是看到別的住客説沒事可以進去了，大家才進去。另外，房間在一樓，窗外有條小道，從早上六點開始，就有大貨車停在窗外卸貨（照片上窗户外面就是停的大貨車），噪音極大，沒法睡覺，白天都不敢拉開窗簾，因為司機一眼就能看見房間裏面。雖然配有廚房設施，但是微波爐的烤箱功能不會用，問了兩個公寓工作人員，居然也不明白，後來還是自己研究了下，對付着用了。位置也不好，去景點走的時間長，而且附近居然找不到一家便利店，非常不方便。本來是看他家評價打分高選的，結果太差太差了。

酒店整體非常棒，給我們很多驚喜，服務一流水平，裝修設計、傢俱床品都非常好，晚上睡得很香，也很安靜。 1、預訂的一卧室+客廳，酒店詢問幾人入住，告訴酒店2大1小，下午辦理入住後發現客廳的沙發床佈置好，非常人性化。 2、由於瑞安英國航空公司登機牌都需要網上自助值機，並且未持有歐盟護照外國人都需要紙板打印，酒店很順利提供此服務。 3、家裡有人不想去觀光，長時間就坐酒店大廳等候，酒店還免費提供了檸檬水。 總之一切都非常好，服務很驚喜。這是此次感受最好的酒店。

酒店離羅斯噴泉很近，個人認為這角度外觀愛丁堡城堡最美了。房間空間很大，配套設施相當齊全，既有廚房又有洗衣機和乾衣機可以用，真心滿意。

酒店方方面面都令人非常滿意。在方便的位置，乾淨整潔的衞生，和善的工作人員，齊全的設施。下次還會入住。

酒店人員很熱情 但是！！工作效率真的很慢很慢 等了一個小時才入住的。環境和位置都蠻好的 就是床比較小 但感覺愛丁堡的酒店基本都這樣 就 還行吧～

性價比高的酒店，基本上都有廚房，SmartTV有Amazon 同Netflix，咁唯離王子街有一段距離，但可以接受
