hotel ini sangat bagus untuk menginap. Kamarnya indah dan staf di sana memperlakukan tamu dengan sangat sopan.

Meskipun kompak, pancuran hujan dan bak mandi besar, dan saya dapat mempertahankan suasana hati yang mewah dan bahagia. Fasilitasnya juga sangat bagus. Akses mudah ke Taman Yama****a dan Chinatown. Saya ingin mengunjungi lagi!

Dekat dengan Taman Yama****a, Chinatown, dll. dan stasiun kereta bawah tanah, nyaman untuk jalan-jalan. Staf sangat ramah dan kamar luas, bersih dan indah. Saya ingin menggunakannya lagi.

Excellent Service，hotel is clean and spacious! Breakfast is nice. More importantly the elevator is super efficient, wait time for the elevator is quick even during peak hours.

Location was rly awesome as you are able to visit the cup ramen Musuem nearby, as well as the Yokohama red warehouse for some shopping

Overall the hotel location and condition of room amenities are good. Though the room assigned is on the 4th floor with most of views blocked by the outside wall fixture that is meter away.

Stylish exterior and interior design at the lobby and guest room. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of varieties to choose from. Wish I could spend more time at the hotel to enjoy more of the facilities, food and services.

I’m choosing to stay in hotel because I’m depart for cruise trip in Yokohama, this hotel location is close to the cruise terminal, took me about 10 mins walk to terminal.

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel, and it was great! Location is good, walkable to waterfront, Gundam and metro station. Many eateries at nearby China street. Best hotel for our trip in Japan this time. The staff is very nice. Parking is at 2000 yen per night. Highly recommended!

Decent, clean hotel in a very convenient location. Will recommend to everyone visiting Yokohama.

I especially liked the lounge. Their happy hour (dinner) spread was very good, better than many Marriotts that I stayed.
