This hotel is my first choice when I go to Jogja, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the parking lot is large, it is clean, the service is good and it is only about a 7 minute walk to Malioboro.

The hotel is quite strategic, there are lots of food stalls near the hotel, it is also close to Malioboro, unfortunately the cleanliness is still lacking, there are lots of dirty stains on the mattress.

The location is still around Jl. Malioboro, but a bit far. Walk about 10-15 minutes. Access between the lobby and the room is far. Initially there was a problem with the AC, but the technician was quick to fix it. Ample parking

I stayed here for two nights on a trip with a friend. This was the fifth hotel we stayed at during our trip to Indonesia, and it was the first time I felt that I was treated roughly by the hotel staff. I didn't really care about that, but the problems with the facilities and equipment kept coming up, and the slowness of the staff's response to them made me feel that this hotel had a lot to improve. For example, when I entered the room and tried to turn on the air conditioner, it didn't work (it eventually did), the drainage in the bathroom was very poor, and after a few minutes it stopped draining completely, they tried to fix the drainage but they couldn't fix it, and even if it was fixed, it was difficult to drain again a few hours later, on the other hand, the water pressure in the bathroom was weak and not enough water came out, and there was only a little toilet paper left when I first entered the room. The fact that there was a large area of ​​yellow on the toilet seat also needs to be improved.

The room is quite spacious... Unfortunately the bed is small and the lights are not bright... The location is quite strategic

Check in and check out are fast, the room is not as spacious as the description (maybe it is ****** up in the fairly spacious bathroom). Cleanliness is ok, TV is ok, drinking water heater is ok, mineral water is a little bit only 2 small bottles of 330 ml. Standard breakfast menu. The price is too expensive maybe because of the high season (holiday season). Overall not bad, aka quite good.

Overall it's good but when we asked for a laundry bag, they gave us a trash bag. Too bad!!!

The hotel is clean, quite big too, the only downside is that access is difficult, especially when Malioboro is busy. So you have to park outside first, if not, check in before 5 pm or after 9 or later

The service is very good and friendly, the mattress is soft, the parking is spacious, in front of the hotel there are lots of food sellers and delicious carabikang. The hot water was only lukewarm and the bathroom smelled a bit unpleasant. Overall good.

If you go to Jogja, definitely stay here because it is close to Malioboro and the rooms are spacious. So it's suitable for a holiday with family. The breakfast menu could possibly be improved again.
