I waited in line for noodles for half an hour, and by then, all the toppings were gone 😞. For food delivery, you have to go down to the lobby to pick it up yourself. It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, with a somewhat American style. The lobby is quite grand, but I found the lighting in the room a bit dim. When I returned to my room at night, I immediately felt a bit strained on my eyes. It would be great if it were a little brighter."

"I booked a superior king room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—the perfect firmness and a brand-name mattress. The laundry room and gym are on the 12th floor (12A), located on the 16th floor. After dinner, I walked on the treadmill for half an hour, which made me feel much better."

"Came to Yaohu Lake on a friend's recommendation, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The room was clean, tidy, and spacious – very comfortable. The hotel provided two bird park tickets, and we arrived just in time for the 4:30 PM show. The hotel shuttle made getting around super convenient. There's a direct access point to the scenic area right next to the check-in desk. If you're unfamiliar with the park's show times or routes, a dedicated customer service rep is available to answer your messages promptly and offer excellent advice. Our customer service rep, Lisa, was not only beautiful and kind but also incredibly helpful. When we got lost, we contacted her, and she immediately guided us, which was very thoughtful. After watching the Dragon Dance and Water Show with fireworks at night, walking back to the hotel was also very convenient. It was a perfectly wonderful experience!"

It's within a 20-minute drive of attractions like Nanshan Bamboo Sea, Shanjuan Cave, Yaohu Town, and Tao Erchang in Liyang. Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful, built against the mountains, with the main entrance facing the lake. The scenery is pleasant and the air is fresh. Parking: Parking is very convenient; there's plenty of parking available. Facilities: The rooms are a bit old, but very clean. We booked Lake View Room A. Our child is still young, so soaking in the bathtub was very comfortable! The surrounding environment is great, built against the mountains, and the scenery is beautiful even just a short walk away. Parking: Parking is very convenient; there's plenty of parking available. Room View: We booked a lake view room, which was stunning, directly facing the lake and mountains. Restaurant: The restaurant offers dine-in service. We ordered some dishes and were very satisfied. The food was delicious, especially the fish head soup."

I especially want to thank him; we originally wanted to buy a birthday cake for our elderly relative, but after mentioning it to Leo, he gave us one as a gift – very thoughtful.
