We usually book our trips on Trip.com and mostly choose Hilton-旗下 (Hilton-brand) hotels. We were very satisfied with the service and environment at this Hilton. The front desk service, in particular, was warm and meticulous. The hotel provided refreshments like tremella soup and cookies. The staff were very enthusiastic in telling us about the local area. The hotel room's cleanliness and decor were also excellent. I highly recommend Hilton hotels."

Yixing purple clay pottery uses local purple clay as its raw material, which is high in iron, highly malleable, and has a double-pore structure after firing, allowing for good breathability and retaining the color and aroma of tea. Its production process includes shaping the clay slabs and decorating with ceramic carving. Staying at the Vienna Hotel made it convenient to view the teapots and appreciate the tea. If you prefer not to drive, the hotel is very close to Dongpo Pavilion, easily reachable on foot. Very convenient!"

"This stay in the train-themed room at Yixing Lanyun Valley was such a delightful surprise! I initially thought it was just a themed design, but it turned out to be a converted real train carriage, complete with tracks and a carriage on the exterior, while the interior was cozy and comfortable. The kids were screaming with excitement! The room was fully equipped, even featuring a balcony and a soaking tub – a truly exceptional experience. The hotel boasts stunning mountain and lake views, nestled against Baima Mountain and facing Yangxian Lake. The scenery is breathtaking; every shot is a masterpiece, far surpassing many scenic spots. We had a wonderful time here with friends. The air was fresh, the environment tranquil, and every corner was picturesque. Perfect for families and vacations, highly recommended! You absolutely must try the train room – it's unforgettable!"

"I decided to go out to play temporarily, and finally chose Yixing. I wanted to take my baby to see the cave. I didn’t expect to see the town of Yaohu. It looked good and saw the newly opened Susu. The family room booked did not disappoint. The fully automatic facilities and equipment in the house, Even the floor heating has (although this season is not used) open the wooden window to overlook the alpine lake, and the drizzle is raining, and it always smells! Open the window in the corner of the room and you can see the water show fireworks at night. Super close to Huoshe Square and Yaohu Pier. However, you need to park in advance at the Yaohu Hotel to register, shuttle bus transfer, swimming and breakfast need to go to nearby hotels, the homestay place is limited, it is understandable."

"The hotel is very old, like an old guesthouse. There are only 1-2 people at the front desk. The room is very small and the air is very bad. The housekeeping does not clean it very well. The urine stains on the toilet were not wiped off. There were always people smoking in the corridor, and the smoke would drift in. The snacks written in the order were not delivered. In addition, the bamboo sea ticket that came with the order was from Liyang, not Yixing (I don't know why it was sent). Basically, there is nothing to eat in the hotel, and it is not convenient to eat and drink nearby. It feels like a small resort area under construction."

"Our butler, Leo, was like an old friend who knows the ropes. He contacted us when we booked to ask what we needed and sent us precise location details. When our car got close, a shuttle bus was already waiting to pick us up. Check-in was quick and easy, and he even gave us a hand-drawn map, meticulously marking where to see the lake and go for a walk. The room was clean and comfortable, right by the lake. The best part was the evening; we didn't have to fight the crowds. We just relaxed on the balcony and had a private view of the light show and fireworks. The sky full of fireworks reflecting on the lake was perfectly romantic. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and breakfast was abundant. Both the facilities and service were top-notch; it's a great place to steal a moment of leisure."
