The hotel boasts stunning mountain and lake views, nestled against Baima Mountain and facing Yangxian Lake. The scenery is breathtaking; every shot is a masterpiece, far surpassing many scenic spots. We had a wonderful time here with friends. The air was fresh, the environment tranquil, and every corner was picturesque. Perfect for families and vacations, highly recommended! "The hotel facilities are outdated. The lobby was sweltering in the hot weather, making it impossible to sit comfortably. Even during the Dragon Boat Festival, when traffic wasn't heavy, there was no concierge, and only one or two people at the front desk. On the second day, the hotel elevator broke down, and we weren't informed by any staff; I only found out after calling. We had to use the emergency staircase to go down, which reeked of smoke on the lower floors, with cigarette butts on the ground. This seemed to be an employee passage – are people allowed to smoke in indoor public areas? Furthermore, there are very few ground parking spaces, and the underground parking is shared with Wanda Plaza. It's difficult to find a spot when it's busy, and the signage is poor. If the hotel didn't reimburse parking fees, I would have definitely complained. Due to the high traffic at Wanda Plaza, the parking lot is a nightmare to navigate. Overall, it was a very bad experience; I won't be staying here again."
