"Came to Yaohu Lake on a friend's recommendation, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The room was clean, tidy, and spacious – very comfortable. The hotel provided two bird park tickets, and we arrived just in time for the 4:30 PM show. The hotel shuttle made getting around super convenient. There's a direct access point to the scenic area right next to the check-in desk. If you're unfamiliar with the park's show times or routes, a dedicated customer service rep is available to answer your messages promptly and offer excellent advice. Our customer service rep, Lisa, was not only beautiful and kind but also incredibly helpful. When we got lost, we contacted her, and she immediately guided us, which was very thoughtful. After watching the Dragon Dance and Water Show with fireworks at night, walking back to the hotel was also very convenient. It was a perfectly wonderful experience!"

"Saya sangat suka hotel ini, memiliki taman bermain anak-anak dalam ruangan dan sumber air panas, baik di dalam maupun di luar ruangan. Ada sepeda gratis untuk dinaiki, dan masuk dan keluar ke Taman Zhuhai gratis pada waktu tertentu, tidak setiap saat. Anda bisa memancing di kolam depan hotel. YAOCHANG HOTEL

"The hotel is located outside the scenic area, so you'll need to take a shuttle bus. Parking can be a bit challenging on weekends, often requiring you to park a little further away. The hotel is quite large with many rooms, and it can be a long walk to the lobby – you might even get lost if you're not familiar with the layout! 😂 However, the hotel's ambiance is excellent, featuring various kiln-related elements. I highly recommend the complimentary travel photography offered by the hotel; the photographer did a wonderful job. The room itself is super spacious, with a large desk perfect for kids to do their homework. The bed was comfortable, and the first-round mini-bar offerings were very generous, along with welcome fruits. Breakfast was also rich and varied, and they even offer takeaway for children who haven't woken up yet, which is incredibly thoughtful. The staff are very enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions, and greet guests proactively. There are various parent-child activities available (like making purple clay pottery and catching crayfish), though these come at an extra cost if not included in your room voucher. While there was a minor hiccup with cleanliness, the subsequent handling of the issue was very satisfactory and easily forgivable."

YIXING SHUIMO HENTIQUE RESORT

"We booked a family room, which was very large and comfortable. There was an amusement park next to it, which was a bit noisy at night. I called the customer service and asked them to help me deal with it. Because the rooms were full during the May Day holiday, a very good customer service representative (whose name I forgot) managed to change us to a lake view room the next day, which was not noisy at night. My daughter went to the hot spring twice, and the waiters there were very kind, answering all questions and providing thoughtful service. We made a purple clay teapot for the May Day activity, and the children were very happy. When we checked out, Sister Wei Wen gave us a small gift for our baby. My daughter said that the review must be given five stars to be worthy of it."

"I added Leo on WeChat before check-in, and he thoughtfully sent me check-in instructions. A butler also picked us up on the day of check-in, and overall it was a great experience. What impressed me most after checking in was the attention to detail – the coffee machine, Dyson hairdryer, and fully automatic curtains in the room were all excellent. Thanks to Leo for arranging a room with a relatively good view for us. I especially want to thank him; we originally wanted to buy a birthday cake for our elderly relative, but after mentioning it to Leo, he gave us one as a gift – very thoughtful. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I highly recommend it."

"Facilities: Very new, and you can enjoy hot springs during your stay. Environment: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent! When we checked in, it was pouring rain, and the young lady at the front desk kindly led the way for us right to our room door. Breakfast was abundant, even including blanched shrimp. It really exceeded my expectations."

"Upon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!"

"This stay experience exceeded expectations! The room was cleaned very clean and the environment was refreshing and comfortable. The location is great, not far from the RT-Mart supermarket, it is very convenient to buy daily necessities and snacks. Particularly pleasantly surprised, the hotel intimately continued to stay for 2 hours for free, no need to rush to clean up, the service is very user-friendly. The overall price is very high, highly recommended!"

JI Hotel (Yixing Dongjiu Wanda Plaza)

"Went to Yixing Poly Theater to watch a performance and booked a full season hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was friendly, the transportation was convenient, and the theater was a few minutes away. The view of Dongyu Lake next to it was an unexpected surprise. The exhibition hall of Yixing Museum that displays the life of academicians made me feel the rich cultural heritage of the hometown of academicians that values culture and education."

Atour Hotel, Xintiandi Square, Yixing City Center

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Even though it was just a random hotel I booked for a business trip, it was absolutely terrible. The room facilities were outdated, the hairdryer stopped working after only two minutes, there was construction going on upstairs early in the morning, and the room I was assigned on the first day was right next to the street, so I barely slept a wink all night. The soundproofing was awful. My friend booked the room for the first two days, and when I went down to extend my stay on the third day, things got even more ridiculous. The hotel had upgraded my room on the first day (which wouldn't have made a difference anyway), but when I extended my stay, they wanted me to book the more expensive room type, even though it was only a few tens of yuan more. Then they tried to get me to sign up for some kind of membership card, which would supposedly upgrade my room for free. I said no, and then I said I'd book directly through Ctrip. The receptionist kept trying to get me to pay offline, saying it was the same price. I refused, but she brought it up at least three times, constantly holding up the card reader to try and get me to pay offline. I said I'd book through Ctrip, and she even asked me, "What's the difference?" Seriously, thank you. I don't know if this is how the hotel trains its receptionists or what."
