Saya sangat senang menginap di hotel yang terasa seperti rumah. Salah satu hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi selama 20 tahun perjalanan bisnis saya. Ucapan terima kasih khusus kepada tim lantai 15 atas ucapan selamat yang mereka tinggalkan untuk saya.

Hotel yang luar biasa 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 dengan layanan yang luar biasa. Saya akan selalu menginap di sini kapan pun saya berada di Yiwu. Saya akan memberi peringkat 10 bintang jika saya bisa. Staf yang ramah, sangat rapi, layanan terbaik selama saya menginap. Saya diberi rak pengering pakaian ketika petugas kebersihan melihat saya mengeringkan pakaian di kamar mandi. Dia menggantung pakaian saya di rak dan meletakkannya di dekat jendela. Hotel yang mengagumkan. Benar-benar menyukai semuanya!

the staffs are helpful. facilities is great Love that they use wechat to know the washing machines are available at time time or how long have to wait. Really love it :) The breakfast have lots of Chinese, western all have The room is big enough for 2 opened 30” languages. The location is near for everything lol And have a convenience store in a step by the hotel. โรงแรมทำเลดีมากค่ะ สตาฟให้ความช่วยเหลือเยอะมาก ส่งของรับของอะไรช่วยได้หมดเลย ห้องไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ มีหน้าต่างเปิดให้ระบายอากาศได้ด้วย มีเครื่องซักผ้าอบผ้า โดยสามารถดูผ่านวีแชทได้ว่า มีเครื่องว่างไหม หรืออีกอีกนาทีจะซักเสร็จ ให้ตั้งแจ้งเตือนได้ไปอีก อาหารเช้าเยอะ พนง.น่ารัก แอบเหนมีคนจีนตักอาหารใส่หล่องแพ็คออกไปด้วยอะ เปนงง แต่งงกว่าคือ พนง ก้ช่วยอะ ไม่ว่าอะไรเอาถุงมาใส่ให้อีก เราลืมสร้อยกับต่างหูไว้ พนง.ก็โทรมา แล้งส่งคืนตามมาให้ด้วย (ปล.ออกค่าขนส่งเองนะคะ) ดีมากจิงๆๆ

good location hotel in Yiwu city , south also nice at first my room has a smoke smelly but Manager Wang is fully helpful change a new room immediately also front desk stagf Miss Wendy  has a very welcome and service.  room is new renovated all things is good only sometimes air conditioning not work properly. At this hotel have robot service, I try order delivery drink the robot can send goods direct to our room without any charge.

New and clean and comfortable hotel. Especially toilet is perfect :))

The bathroom pipe smells all the time, good service, good breakfast, will come back to use the service again.

This is a new hotel and the staff is very courteous and prompt. Parking facility is good and the breakfast is a grand affair. Couple of hiccups we had were regarding air conditioning: we had booked the family/ kids room and the air conditioning controller was not working. The room heats up to unbearable levels and the staff recommended to switch off the air conditioning and open windows. This is a bad option in winter and pollution & noise was ample noting construction right opposite to the hotel. The other strange thing was about cleaning times. Whenever we made stops at the hotel: be it late morning or during the evening the next day, the room was being cleaned; and we had to wait a bit.

Great new hotel. Great service. The staff were amazing especially Ella and Zoey who deserve a promotion! they go beyond their role and really assisting us throughout our stay, from assisting us with internet connection as well as helping out with our ride hailing needs. the hotel also come with fancy robot that assisting item delivery

This hotel is new and nice for facilities in room charging but there is no English channels TV, wifi can't be used until unless we have a local china sim for getting the pass code. There is no one who can speak English or communicate clearly without using a translation. Mercure is European brand and even they not started the Accor membership.

This is best hotel I’ve stayed in China, very clean and beautiful, room is nice, breakfast is very good also for Europe and Russian people. Also hotel have washing machine. Location is good too. All Staff is very good, Laney and Dennis is very nice, they did upgrade room and give hight floor as we ask, and also gave small present when we check out. Thank you very much for everything ✨🤗

The room looks new but the floor was dirty and dusty.. we prefer this hotel because they provide washing machines with dryer too.
