Ulasan Hotel Florida

This is not a 4 Star hotel. The photos make it look better than it actually is.

On arrival to the hotel we really didn't feel welcome. Our reservation was denied and we have been requested to add 100 euros. After long time we got a room pending it will be settled day after. The room was a very old one with broken floor. Only after several communication with Trip the day after the reservation solved and it took another day to replace the room, also only when I showed the manager the picture of the floor and both. The alternative room was OK. Breakfast is below standard but the service was very good. In general if we do not count the first 2 days it could be better.

Walking distance from Lisbon center. Staff was nice. Rooms were just so so. Perfect for short stays.

Location is perfect. The room is big and clean. But I don’t like the bed and pillow and quilt.

設施略老舊，但是舒適度非常好。 酒店位置絕佳，門口有多條地鐵和直達景區公交線路，周圍環境也很好，安全整潔。當然里斯本還是推薦優先打車，公交比較貴，跟打車價格接近。 工作人員很好，也有禮賓搬運行李，客房每日打掃也很好。早餐選擇多，補充及時，每日會做少許菜品更換，很不錯 唯一需要改善的是窗户，屬於老式窗户，隔音不太好。我們窗外空調外機的聲音持續傳入，

We have previously stayed at this hotel, staff hsve aleays been very helpful.

I wouldn’t rate this place as a 4 star. There is no coffee in room, no iron in room the half shower is ridiculous. The elevator going up and down made noise in my room all night. Only free water on first day, really it’s water. Not able to make change for customers on any shift except day shift?
