Ulasan Jr Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo

Ini kedua kalinya saya menginap di hotel ini. Lokasinya tak tertandingi, tinggal ambil tas Anda dan langsung menuju bandara dari stasiun kereta yang berada persis di sebelahnya. Namun, satu kekurangannya adalah kamar saya menghadap rel kereta dan suara-suara yang sangat bising akan terdengar sampai tengah malam. Kamar mandinya bisa lebih bersih karena saya menemukan beberapa bulu tubuh di bak mandi tepat setelah saya masuk ke kamar. Bonus dari hotel ini: biaya yang terjangkau memungkinkan Anda untuk mengakses onsen di dalam ruangan, dan ada kios yang menyediakan susu dan es loli sampai pukul 10:30 malam. Very good location as it is right above the Sapporo JR station. Spectacular view as hotel allocates us on 34/F.

Stayed there for convenience to visit client and airport. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose different restaurant, but the service are far below expectations consider it’s a 5 star hotel in japan. I feel that they are missing some proper training, made mistakes consistently across different restaurants and forgot orders too.

Best location in Sapporo, have stayed here a few times, but the only con is that they dont provide free onsen

Excellent front desk service from Pan who went out of the way to assist in car rental issues. Water pressure is steady and strong.

The hotel is conveniently located within JR Sapporo Station, making it easy to travel around the city. Three large shopping malls are nearby, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The city-view rooms are stunning, and guests can enjoy a wide variety of breakfast selections. Additionally, the property features an onsen, available for just 2,150 yen per person per day, which includes access to the morning spa.

Our last destination after jozankei. Perfect spot, very nice breakfast, staffs are kind like heaven. If i come again, we will definitely stay in here.:)

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—it's right in the heart of Hokkaido. You don't even need to step outside the hotel to find plenty of places to explore and a variety of delicious dining options. The hotel's buffet is on a high floor, offering an extremely rich selection of food and amazing views. The only downside is that the room is a bit small; once you place a suitcase inside and open it, there's hardly any space left.

The location is perfect! Right next to Sapporo JR station, most convenient location from the airport and central from shopping. If you only have 1-2 days in Sapporo, I can't think of another place to stay. Right beneath the hotel there are Stellar Place and Daimaru. Another big shopping centre just across the street. One subway station away from Odori/ Susukino. Hotel rooms are decent. Nothing to complain. They even offer massage services in the room until midnight. I will definitely pick this hotel if I return to Sapporo.

Their service is superb! We left something in the hotel and they travelled all the way from hotel to New Chitose airport to return the item to us. Excellent customer service!
