Great stay. Just something to think about before booking: there’s 2 different buildings - 1 main building with most of the facilities (playground, breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, etc) and one building across the street called Mu Jiaoxi Reserve which has the onsen. We booked ourselves into the Reserve without knowing which worked just fine for us but others might find it not that convenient.

Hotel very new, the “residence” has bigger rooms and is quieter. I don’t think the inconvenience is that big a problem, the peace and quiet is better The onsen tub is large and the room is very spacious and new All great

The hotel room is perfect, there is a grant onsen pool inside the bath room enough for two adults using the onsen pool at the same time.

The service is very, very good, very friendly to children, and there are bathrobes and indoor shoes for children. The breakfast is the best and most abundant one among all the hotels I have stayed in. It is a very good accommodation experience and I will definitely come back to stay here.

Very meticulous and considerate service! Thanks to the staff for their thoughtfulness and care. I had a great birthday trip. Although the room at Chengfengju is not big, it doesn't feel crowded and is quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast quality is very good! I would like to try it again for lunch or dinner next time I have a chance

I woke up in the middle of the night and thought the air conditioner in the room was too loud. It should be improved. I had high expectations for it before I moved in, but it felt a little disappointing.

The hotel was very considerate and prepared red wine and glasses for the birthday person of the month. The room had a good view and a balcony. It was very comfortable to stay in. I had a very happy birthday.
