Smaller and very friendly hotel, great staff, fabulous food choices, great pool, superb location right on the beach.

From the start to finish amazing experience! Staff very nice and helpful ☺️ especially Christos and Amik (bar staff) they served the best Zivanas if your flight is a late one make sure you will ask for a free half an hour courtesy room (if you flying with children is a free hour ). Fooood was amazing the choice is massive, there is something for everyone! It was delicious . The room was good with a small balcony. I cannot rate them less than excellent I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Sorry TUI this is not a 4* platinum hotel, I saw many guests receiving a lovely welcome with sparkling wine and a little plate of cakes and chocolate, we didn’t get that welcome, we arrived a man on the desk gave us a form to fill out, we asked about a drink and we were directed to the bar to get our own drink, we asked about some food, the man said you have sandwich in your fridge. We arrived at 12 at night on a Friday. We got to our room which was very dated but very clean but smelt of drains. The sandwich was dry bread with a sliver of meat possibly ham ? And cheese, unfortunately it was hard and dry as a bone ,that went in the bin. The hotel is very clean and the staff are fantastic, the food is very good, our room was cleaned every day by a lovely lady. Also the air con didn’t do a good job, the room was constantly 27 degrees, we heard a lot of complaints about the air con during our stay. We noticed a lot of the fire doors were propped open with wedges , a bit worried about that, in case of a fire. The hotel is run down and in need of updating, it’s a bit tired , with chunks of plaster coming off the corners and just painted over. The entertainment staff try hard but it’s all very camp site entertainment, Elvis was very good until the entertainment manager decided to take over and spoil it. The beach is not all sand there are rock everywhere you definitely need shoes to go on there. Saying all this we enjoyed our stay, but would I go back no, Also I feel some people get preferential treatment, tables reserved for them etc if your a regular you get a more personal service. I feel all customers should receive a lovely welcome whether they are returning customers or not. The pools were lovely, and the food in the snack bar and restaurant is of a very high standard, and there was always plenty to choose from. The drinks were also very good and never struggled to get a drink.

Absolutely lovely holiday resort, staff is friendly and approachable. Food is good with plenty of choices, rooms and shared spaces are cleaned. Plenty of activities and entertainment available. Felt well looked after the week we stayed there, which was only last week. Weather was amazing on top of this. Thank you to the whole staff and management.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the ledra beach. The hotel cleanliness was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room came with a sea view overlooking the stage area and the beach beyond. Really nice, with a newly revamped bathroom. We went all-inclusive and had a great time. The food was great, different stuff each evening, a nice touch as a lot of hotels serve the same food, night after night. Numerous bars in the hotel serving a good selection of cocktails, wines, beer and soft drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend the hotel highly.

Overall this hotel is average . The bar staff and restaurant staff are very nice , however this does not make up for the standard of the hotel . Reception staff not as friendly but are ‘ok’. In summary: 1. Rooms are dated. Run down, bathrooms are small and shabby , door frames , furniture etc run down and you just don’t get a luxury feel here. No where in the shower to put your toiletries. Shower head didn’t work so just had the main shower. No windows or ventilation in the bathroom. The rooms are very run down and mis matched. 2. Beds are hard. 3. Sofa beds even harder. 4. Balcony area - one chair for a family room, over all area was tatty. 5. Food is not good here and very small choice. Breakfast extremely poor. Went once. 6. Entertainment is average this is not to say the team don’t work hard - they do. 7. Drinks are watered down. 8. We paid for a family room. It was tiny and we couldn’t move for our suitcases therefore after alot of pleading we got moved to a room with sliding doors which was a bit better in terms of space and size. 9.. One main pool. Was fine for our stay but would imagine it being very cramped in the summer months. 10. There is very little to do in the hotel and very little nearby other than a lovely beach . It is a 30 minute walk to the harbour which is lovely. 11. There is one a la carte restaurant which was a nice change from the awful buffet. You can go once per week. This was pleasant but had to ask for drinks all the time. 12. There is no catering for children in the restaurant whatsoever so be prepared if you have fussy eaters. 13. Do be mindful that an ‘inland view’ room is not a view of gardens or of anything pleasant view - it means car park view . I don’t like to leave such a negative review as it’s not the staff that are at fault here , TUI have rated this a 4 star platinum hotel!! Absolute joke. I booked this because it was a Platinum hotel, it’s really not. Some aspects of the room appear to have been updated but then parts are very old and tired. We enjoyed our week of lovely sun but wouldn’t return . There are some nicer looking hotels nearby that do look more prestige. If you’re not fussy and don’t mind a 3 star hotel then this would be ok. Will also avoid tui from now on as based on last three trips they are over rating their hotels .

What a lovely hotel, the staff make it a great place to stay, they all work so hard & always with a smile, they cannot do enough for you. The food here is fabulous, I'm a fussy eater, but every night there was something for me to enjoy, the roast meats are delicious! The bedrooms (well ours anyway), looked a little tired and in need of a spruce up, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept very well! The pool area is lovely, with comfortable sunbeds, which makes lazing around so much easier! Plus, there are plenty to go round. A lovely week, we had great weather which was a big bonus... Walking into Paphos takes around 40 mins, or, catch the bus from outside the hotel €2 - €3

When we arrived they gave us champagne and a plate of treats, it was a nice welcome. The room was amazing, overlooking the beach and pool. The rooms were always tidied every morning and the cleaner was lovely. The food was good, there was always variety and themed nights, even at lunch, the variety was amazing (+desserts were yum). All the staff were lovely too, especially the woman who served us every night (she was tall and had plates/ braids). The pool was good, there were always sunbeds available and the drinks from the bars were good. The beach was a bit rocky but views at sunset were beautiful. There were loads of local things to do e.g. bars/ harbour/ shops. The Waterpark is local and it was also good. You can also walk down to a local church (I think) and there’s a sunset point which is also beautiful on the evenings. Personally, there was nothing I could fault as everyone was friendly and my boyfriend and I had a great experience all round.

The Louis ledra beach was an amazing hotel From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. All the staff from the housekeeping, bar staff, waiters , reception team to the wedding planner ( Lilia ) and the Guest relations (Athena) was fantastic. We had are wedding on the 29th May 24 It was fantastic and everything we could have wished for, when you plan your wedding you wish for the perfect day and everyone involved made that happen. Mandy from Tui and Lilia made it so easy, and both went the extra mile to make are special day fantastic If you are just looking for a holiday then the Louis ledra beach is perfect, but if you are looking for a wedding as well, then this Is the perfect place
