Ulasan Spa Hotel Grace Forum

E arrived on time for check in but they said is not ready and that we have to wait 40 minutes... But this was not the real problem for me ,but the rudeness . They didn't even say sorry or something... Especially for this i womt recommend and i am sure you can find a better one and newer. I wont speak about the breakfast,,,it is a joke

I love this hotel. So nice and friendly staff. Great Armenian food in a restaurant. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. If I'll take a trip to Yerevan again, definitely I will stay in Grace Forum. Two spa rooms with hamam and sauna.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price. Not far from the city center and airport.

環境：位置相對離市中心較遠，去市中心、打車要七八分鐘；旁邊是一個療養中心，遠離主幹道，環境比較安靜，隔音尚可。 設施：看得出酒店有些時間了，有些設施比較陳舊，房間多少有點陳舊的味道。但是衞生很不錯。免費使用酒店的SPA，需要提前向酒店前台預約。酒店工作人員很熱情和耐心。

Приятные впечатления после проживания в этом отеле! Внимательный, доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал! Убирают в номере ежедневно. Хорошие завтраки! Хамам, сауна, бассейн, джакузи просто спасали в дождливую и прохладную погоду. Кушать можно заказывать в номер, очень вкусно и быстро! Есть бар где приготовят наивкуснейший кофе по-восточному или можно себя побаловать армянским вином, цены приемлемые! Все на высшем уровне! В номере белоснежное постельное белье, полотенца и халаты с тапочками, очень удобная кровать и подушки. Из туалетных принадлежностей есть разовая зубная щетка с пастой, гель для душа, шампунь (кондиционера для волос нет и крема для тела нет), мыло, ватные палочки, пилочка для ногтей и ватные диски - это есть! Вообщем приятный отдых! Спасибо всем работникам отеля!

Хороший отель с очень дружелюбным персоналом: приятный администратор и портье, был неплохой завтрак, номер был чистый, единственное - жестковата кровать. Пребывание оставило приятное впечатление.

+Reasonably priced + Suite is very big + Clean + bar - Breakfast (from time to time no coffee, cups, glasses, butter, Orange Juice etc - matras hard - many russians - roomcleaning - many people in half open robes on theorie way to the sauna Decent hotel, but not a four star.

I reccomend this Place, i Ve been my self and Gf at Grace forum for 8 days , i enjoyed a lot the hamman , indoor pool and sauna..tasty breakfast. All the staff are very welcome and friendly , especially thanks to Arthur and Janna , they Always provide smile and professional service..i Will come back again defintely...

Water in the halls that I dictate it is purified water dispensers is water for the faucet. Taste bad. I had to go buy bottled water at store. Breakfast coffee is cheap and when the clean dishes run out they will not restock with clean. This happened to me twice.

Breakfast was not good. Coffee taste like dirt. When asked about needing a coffee cup she said no more. She didn’t want to wash dirty ones or the hotel should have more cups

Lovely perfect hotel in really great location in the center of Yerevan that made it easy to walk to the top city attractions, shops and restaurants,.. .the room was very spacious, the service and cleanliness of the room were excellent and cleaning was done daily. the breakfast was almost like a brunch, had an amazing variety of foods and fruits as well. last but not least is the lovely staff at the hotel who were really welcoming and helpful and incredibly friendly specially Ms. Ella who goes far above to help🙏. she is so nice, not Iranian but speaks Persian very good and it makes it easier for Iranian people to stay in this hotel. finally I have to say It is an excellent, high quality hotel and we would definitely stay there again! and highly recommend it to others.
