Comfort Hotel

Плюсы гостиницы: 1. Расположение. Находится прямо рядом со станцией метро и в 20 минутах езды от аэропорта 2. В гостинице чисто. Хорошая постель, убирают регулярно 3. Каждый день давали новые разовые зубные щетки (один раз не положили) На этом плюсы пожалуй и заканчиваются. Сам по себе отель уставший и на заявленные 4 звезды явно не тянет. У нас в номере не работали сейф и телевидение. Сообщили об этом на ресепшен - сотрудник приходил быстро, ковырялся 5 минут, разводил руками и говорил, что помочь ничем не может. За 5 дней пребывания проблему так и не решили. Рядом с гостиницей стоит ларек с пирожками и стройка многоэтажного здания. Каждый день просыпались либо от запаха горелого масла, поскольку вытяжка ларька была направлена в сторону окон гостиницы, либо от звука болгарки. У наших друзей в номере вообще с потолка протекала вода - их переселили в другой номер. Завтрак однообразный со скудным выбором, сосиски такое ощущение, что сделаны из бумаги. Поэтому с завтраком номер брать не советую Матрас в номере жесткий пружинный, впивается в спину Неоднократно были перебои с водой - воды либо не было, либо был плохой напор. Это на 3 этаже Полотенца и постельное белье были синтетические. Полотенцем не столько вытирался, сколько размазывал влагу.

Круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Вежливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Расположение недалеко от центра. Напротив торговый центр Россия МОЛЛ.

Great location, close to the center. Only fifteen minutes away from the republic Square on foot. The stuff was very friendly and really helpful. Breakfast didn't have much choices but it was decent!!

My experience at this hotel was terrible and I would not stay here again. This was not the room that we booked. The room we booked was a nice, larger room but they stuffed two beds into this room and said there's no real difference between this room and the one we booked. The beds are not standard. They have a small mattress and then a bigger but thinner mattress on top so you easily slide off all the time. I slid off of it more than once. The toilet would not fully flush so every time I crapped I would have to flush multiple times for it to go down the drain. The room would always smell like crap. The air conditioner automatically turns off when you take the key card off the wall so we would always come back to a room that stunk of poop. We went out and had an amazing time and came back at 2 AM and the smell of crap hit us like a ton of bricks as soon as we opened the door. We had to stand outside the room with the door open for it to air out and the other guests came out and asked us what had happened. The ground was all slippery marble both inside and outside the room so it was really dangerous when sleeping because it was really easy to slip off the bed and onto the marble and after a shower because the entire bathroom floor would be wet and slippery since there was no shower curtain. Speaking of the bathroom, there was no light above the mirror so shaving or putting on makeup was only possible when you got some sunlight through the window. The phone inside the room didn't work. We asked for a replacement probably 3 times until it was finally replaced with another broken phone. The electric kettle also didn't work and was finally replaced with one that worked but the lid was broken so it would pop off while you were pouring the water and burn you. The breakfast was OK and the cleaning ladies were nice.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked the hotel based on the photos on Expedia.com through a travel agent. As a side note, the travel agent named Liana at Must GoTravel left us high and dry and wouldn't respond to any calls or messages asking her if there was any way to change our hotel due to the horrible conditions. The positive points for this hotel is the hotel looks nice on a surface level because most of the hotel is made of marble (both inside the rooms and in the lobby) and they provide a good breakfast each morning. However, as soon as we walked into our room, we noticed IT WAS TINY AND NOT THE ROOM WE HAD BOOKED. All the photos on ******* show large rooms for those with two beds, even large enough to fit a sofa in the room. The room we were given barely had enough room to fit two beds against two walls as opposed to the photos on ******* which show rooms large enough to have two beds against the same wall and room for a table and even a sofa. I've attached a picture to this review but I believe they over booked and gave us a room meant to have one bed only. We asked for our room to be changed but hotel staff told us this was the room we booked and said they would change our room when they had a vacancy but they never did. Next problem: THE ROOM CONSTANTLY SMELLED LIKE CRAP. The sewage smell was overpowering. It was constantly leaking from the drains into the bathroom and room. We left the windows open to smog and construction fumes directly across the street from us to avoid smelling the sewage. We didn't feel safe leaving it open when leaving the room due to the construction crews right across from us so every time we came back to the hotel, we'd walk right into the smell of 50 people's POOP. The AC is set up in a way where it shuts off automatically when you leave the room so there was no circulation. We would have to run in, open the window, prop the door open, and place the room key in its holder for the AC to turn on and wait outside our room for 10 minutes each time we came back. We actually ran into another guest of this hotel at the airport and he point blank asked us if our room smelled like crap too so we know it wasn't just us. He had hotel staff change his room 3 times but they wouldn't change our room. Going back to the beautiful marble flooring which was found inside both the room and bathroom. Both me (in my 30's) and the family member I went with (60's) slipped multiple times and actually FELL on the hard marble floor twice. Taking a shower was a huge fall risk because the entire floor is marble and there is no shower door or shower curtain to block the water. Taking a shower here means the entire bathroom floor all the way to the sink and toilet will be wet and slippery. The shower itself was a small steam so a quick shower still took 20 minutes and the lever to open or close the water was broken in the wall. Stayed couple of nights with spouse and 10 month old child. The hotel is small, quiet, clean, very friendly staff (shout out to M.P. receptionist!), it's 10 minute walk from square, Metro is next to hotel, room is good size, bathroom is great. Negatives was breakfast. Don't expect much out of it, but for the price, can't complain, the fact it's included is nice. Also Bar wasn't really working.

Great value for money ! The hotel has a great location. Rooms are very comfy and specious. Breakfasts are quite simple but tasty. The reception personal was always nice. Every time we entered the hotel lobby there was someone checking on us if we needed anything; always smiling. Position is good, walking distance from the city center and shopping malls.

Gute Lage gegenüber von Rossia Mall, Metro und ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Da ich länger als 1 Woche blieb, war der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel gratis. Das Bad hätte in einigen Ecken sauberer sein können. Das Frühstück fand ich durchschnittlich und ließ es sogar dreimal aus.

我們在這裏住了4個晚上，酒店離廣場很近，步行十幾分鍾就可以到。這附近還有家樂福和銀行，以及Team，一切都很便利。manager非常慷慨，特地送我們去車站，他是一個非常nice的人。 We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is very close to the square, ten minutes walk to. There are also Carrefour and banks nearby, as well as Team, so everything is very convenient. The manager was very generous to take us to the station, he was a very nice person.
