Service was fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms because we wanted wooden flooring instead of tiles. They also helped us with our heavy luggage up to the second floor and gave us a small gift when we left. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and pillows but the towels and the toilet were quite old making it feel like they were dirty. We also found tissue underneath our bed but otherwise the room was fine. The location is amazing! It’s right across from the scenic area. So convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

When I first arrived in Penglai, I chose the Baina Radiance Hotel, which is not far from Penglai Pavilion and the Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea Scenic Area. The room is spacious and the double basin design is very convenient. It is clean and tidy, and the big bed is very suitable for a family of three. The bedding and linens are quite comfortable. I especially like that the breakfast is very rich, with pastries, baked goods, yogurt, fruits, and even sushi, etc., and the juice is freshly squeezed, which is precious. Next time I come to Penglai, I will choose this restaurant.

The hotel parking is also very convenient, which is quite suitable for self-driving travel. Going out is the vast sea beach, the sea bathing beach, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, take a walk, and dig sand and catch the sea. The street near the hotel is full of various restaurants. It is also very close to the shopping mall, which is just a walk away. Tina at the front desk has good service and works seriously and carefully. I like it. Another lady who can speak Japanese also has good service. She also gave us coffee in the lobby, which I also like. The auntie who cooked wontons for breakfast is also good. She introduced me to breakfast, steamed buns, etc. In short, the service industry is expensive in service, and it is necessary to make guests feel at home.
