Hotel dengan Sarapan Pagi di Yantai

I had a big room to myself, felt a little underutilized but overall, very comfortable. The toilet is also very big and can be used by two persons at a time, so wasted and I am alone this time. Everything is good except perhaps lighting in bathroom especially the vanity area can be brighter so that I can see my make up clearer :)! One more comment about the power point at bedside, as I do not have international adaptor, so I have to charge my phone at study table area. It will be nice if they can also have the international power point like the one at the study table. Very good spread of buffet breakfast just that I found food (bacon, sausages and noodles) is not warm. Anyway, there are other warmer food available too. Above are my personal comments which do not affect the rating of the hotel. Of course, if those are being improved than this hotel will score 110% from me.

Overall happy with the stay, service was somewhat good and where we asked for things they would do it quickly. I have an allergy to gluten and milk and I asked the manager and then the next few days they would bring out special bread and ham for me. On the downside the hotel offers a pool table inside but when we went to go on it they were charging 40RMB per hour which is very steep. Should be free considering it’s a 5 star hotel, plus they have mini carts outside which you can rent but they wanted 300RMB per hour!! I almost fell over when they said that. They had about 30 of them outside and not a single one was being used, should be much cheaper or affordable. Just a note if you speak Chinese it helps as you can haggle on price for pool table and get to use it free. Only one or two of the staff speak some English, most do not so just a warning for the English speaking, just use translate. Location is ok but quite a way to get to a more busier part for relaxing at. We were there for business and location was good for this. Breakfast was too busy every time we went down we had to go looking for a table if there were any free so that’s a downside. If you go in the busy period in July then be warned.

Nearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

I chose the Hilton World Trade Center among many Yantai hotels. I stayed there for three days and felt that I made the right choice. The hotel is located on the seaside in the city center and is the highest landmark building in Yantai. The front desk is on the 26th floor. The floors above to the 41st floor are guest rooms. The 1st to 6th floors are supporting facilities such as swimming pools and restaurants. The other floors (7th to 25th floors) seem to be offices, because the lobby on the ground floor is labeled ”Yantai Landmark, Headquarters Base”. The hotel and office are separated by doors and elevators. The guest rooms are neither big nor small, fully equipped, with two 1.3-meter beds, and overlooking the city and sea views of Yantai from the window. Breakfast is on the 26th floor. There is a beautiful view outside the window. It is a great enjoyment to taste the food at the table. There are many breakfast varieties and the taste is good, but it is slightly less than the price. The hotel service is super good, worthy of the Hilton brand. Every staff member is polite and kind. We upgraded the sea view room for free. The swimming pool felt cold on the first day. After reporting it, maintenance was immediately sent to deal with it and care about our health. The room allows two adults and two children to stay, which is still very affordable and humane. Ctrip has a consecutive stay discount, which is cheaper than other platforms and has a higher cost performance. In short, they are awesome and will be our first choice next time I come to Yantai.

A very good family hotel, the hotel has its own children's playground, opposite is the Happy Castle Park, the hotel has an internal passage leading directly to the water park, 99 yuan per person can enter and exit twice within three days, the front desk lady also upgraded me to a family suite with a balcony, the breakfast is also very rich, it is a must-choose hotel for children to Penglai.

The hotel has nice location with beach view , rich breakfast, big size room . But facilities are not so new already , and lift runs forever.

This hotel is amazing, and I mean it! The location is perfect for everything: there are major sites, the sea, the beach. It was the best sea view you could hope for! Both the buffet and a la carte are delicious and affordable (and with the view as well). Special thanks goes to the staff and the cervice. Everyone was super helpful, attentive, polite and professional. Serena at the front desk answered every possible question and assisted with everything! The room has all the facilities you could wish for and lots of complimentary water and fruits. I will definitely come again and recommend it to friends.

This hotel is really great! The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm and comfortable. The service staff is warm and friendly, and they can always meet the needs of guests in time. I stayed for three days during the May Day holiday. I stayed in a regular king-size bed, a regular twin bed, or a loft. I felt that the room design, environment, and hygiene were all good. The rooms also had balconies. The most satisfying thing was that there was drinking water in the corridor that I could take at will. Every time I went out to play, I would bring a small bottle. The lobby also provided bottled water in a thermostat, which was very convenient for the elderly and children to drink. The service was very enthusiastic and very satisfactory. It is suitable for long-term or short-term stays.

Hotel location is good, very close to the beach, the sea view room is not only beautiful, but also the facilities are very new (the toilets are high-end smart toilets), clean and bright. Especially commendable is that the front desk is a few beautiful handsome guys, as well as the bellman, very enthusiastic, giving people a feeling of being at home. In addition, I was careless and forgot to take the backpack with a camera after the check-in procedure. I didn't expect the bellman to send the backpack to my room soon, which also reflected the high quality of the hotel staff. I think whether it is hardware or software, the new era hotel has reached the five-star level, and it can afford to give all five points of praise.
