Ulasan Simple Zoo Hotel (Yangshuo Yulong River Tourist Resort)

We had a wonderful stay here, the room was gorgeous, the staff were all wonderful, we had no complaints at all, the breakfast was of the Guilin famous rice noodles which were delicious, it’s only a 13 min didi ride to west street. We ordered food one night and it was delivered to our room. Will definitely stay again! 👏☺️

The staff is very warm, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has big windows directly facing the beautiful mountains. A memorable stay.

We were stunt by the spectacular view. What’s most memorable was our fine dining experience at the cafe right next to the hotel. Da peng (barista) made good coffee and ensure that we are comfortable and kept warm throughout the dining experience. The food was delicious and well- presented. We would absolutely recommend friends to stay here.

Super affordable for the excellent view! The room is big and comfy! If you stay here, try the fine dining restaurant next to the hotel, it was the best experience i’ve ever had in my guilin-yangshuo trip, the food was amazing! and its also affordable! so dont forget to visit the resto👏🏻

This hotel was so nice. Beautiful views, great location around a 10 minute drive on an e-bike from west street. The staff, although unable to speak English, were very helpful and communicated with us via WeChat. Overall great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly. The front desk was super helpful in helping us book tickets for ago attractions with special discounts. The views were superb, afternoon tea service was always provided. And it’s perfectly situated just outside of town so that it is calm and peaceful. The restaurant right next door is also really tasty. Better than anything we tried in town.

We arrived after a long journey and booked one room. But we didn't like it, the windows faced the road and the view was not very good. And it smelled like smoke. We asked for another room on the floor above, after long conversations they gave us a room less than we paid for and said that this was the price, although it was 100 yuan cheaper on the website. No one has returned the difference to us. We were very tired and did not try to figure it out, pretended that this was how it should be. Every morning, the noise from the construction site began outside the window, a child ran from above, stomped and threw something on the floor, it was impossible to sleep under these sounds. When asked to resolve this issue, the staff said that the child's mother asks us to tell her that she is raising her child well. I don't need to know who is doing what and how, the staff should have solved this issue themselves at my request, and not to clash the heads of customers. Unprofessional. The room itself is not very clean. There is such a feeling of dirt, this is the case. One window overlooks the mountains, the second rests on a hill. There was also supposed to be a pool, but it was empty. The area near the hotel is dirty, there are only 4 hotels, it was possible to clean up and make a normal parking lot. Everything is covered in dust.

The front desk is helpful. The hotel is very nice and looks exactly like the picture. Good!

Room has excellent views. No cutlery, saucers, cups with handles, daily cleaning involves only replacing the towels with no general cleaning involved. The room has no desks or chairs. Cushions to sit on are so low & unfit for lower people. Staff had a language problem, unable to provide advice but helpful. A hotel for young & adventous. Mitch

Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Yangshuo with sweeping vistas of the mountains. Highly recommended!

I love this place so much don’t wanna leave haha The view is breathtaking. We got the family style room and this room style is perfect for us. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The location is also close to the bamboo raft and 西街. It is walkable distance to romance park

This is a fantastic place. The family room comes with a king & queen bed, as well as tatami tea area. Looks out to the mountains so it’s fantastic.

It's a little far from the West Street. By taxi maybe about 10 minutes. But if you're looking for peace and quiet, then this is your place. They also have ebikes right outside the hotel. The view is unbeatable. Gorgeous mountains right there in front of your window. The people in the front desk are really helpful and they always give you their best smile. I'd totally go back.
