Lokasi sangat bagus dan pemiliknya sangat antusias! Sangat nyaman untuk memiliki supermarket sendiri di lantai bawah, dan sangat nyaman untuk menyewa mobil baterai langsung ke bos!

Terkejut dengan kualitas tinggi hotel ini, kamarnya sangat bagus dengan jendela besar dan ***a modern yang bersih. Itu tidak jauh dari pusat kota dan sejujurnya lebih baik terletak agak jauh dari pusat kota. Sangat nyaman bahwa kami dapat menyewa ebike langsung dari tuan rumah dengan harga yang wajar. Tuan rumah sangat membantu, memberikan saran yang bagus dan membantu kami memesan tiket dengan harga diskon ke beberapa atraksi lokal.

The room looks like it was good before but the furniture is looking a bit ‘used’. The photos used for the family room are the same as the Panoramic room so it’s very misleading. However the beds were soft. The temperature of the hot water was not very consistent. On two nights it wasn’t hot and on one night it was too hot.

Very well maintained room. Laundry room needs improvement. Rooftop scenery very nice.

The room was clean and quiet, the location was almost near west street 👌

It's a quick walk to the main area on west street, the people at the front desk are attentive, you can wash and dry your clothes on the top floor, the beds are very comfy and the room is clean. Good value for money.

the staffs were super friendly and accommodating for us. they help us with a river rafting tour and we were able to rent their bikes! the Japanese beds were really nice!

The customer service was really good and the location was in close proximity to some scenic areas and West Street.

The hotel is located in a nice area near west street. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops, which makes it very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. If you plan yo stay longer and have clothes to iron , you better carry your own iron because the hotel doesn’t have it. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Stayed in the cheapest room. Clean and tidy and very modern. Very small though and no view at all. Would return again for a one or two night stay but not a long stay. A little claustrophobic.
