However, I did discover some hygiene issues: there was mold in multiple corners of the bathroom shower, and the sink's drain pipe was leaking onto the floor. I hope the hotel takes these hygiene concerns seriously. The hotel lacks a laundry room, and given the hot weather, it would be great to have facilities for washing and drying clothes. Breakfast was decent, and the à la carte dishes for lunch were quite tasty. During my four-day, three-night stay, I visited several 'Red Tourism' sites, including Ganquan Grand Canyon and Wave Valley, as well as some century-old restaurants in Yan'an, which was a wonderful experience."

"I stayed at this hotel as soon as it opened and have stayed there several times since. My impressions have always been excellent. My experience has always been fantastic: 1. Environment: The surrounding area is excellent. It's right across from Hongjie Street, with numerous restaurants, milk tea shops, and specialty stores. The hotel is lakeside, offering beautiful views. 2. Service: The front desk staff are warm and friendly. The receptionists, Xiao Ma and Xiao Wang, were very welcoming and even helped upgrade my room. Since I was traveling alone for business, I felt a bit uncomfortable in a large room and requested a standard room, which I appreciated. 3. Cleanliness: Excellent. The overall facilities and equipment meet five-star hotel standards. The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. 4. Breakfast: Superb. A wide variety of dishes were available in an elegant environment. The service was excellent; there were no empty plates, and meals were replenished promptly. 5. Recommendations: I recommend guests try the Sichuan-style pickled cabbage noodles (川云酸菜面) in Hongjie (红街), a very good restaurant. It's very close by and within walking distance. It's also convenient to book a ride in advance via Didi (迪车). Furthermore, I hope the hotel management maintains its current standards and continues to improve service and quality, minimizing the number of low-quality tour groups to avoid lowering the hotel's image and service quality. I also suggest timely repairs to the hotel's courtyard environment, such as regular cleaning. Potholes outside the hotel lobby that haven't been repaired negatively impact the hotel's image and make guests feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel's nighttime lighting is faulty; for example, the light illuminating the logo is not fully lit. 6. I was fortunate to witness Yan'an's first snowfall of 2025, which was beautiful. In short, I hope the hotel management doesn't lower its service standards. After the cold winter, the Wanda Realm Hotel's peak season will begin, and I hope they won't be discouraged and will continue to strive for excellence. 7. I frequently travel to Yan'an for business and will continue to stay here, and I will also recommend it to friends. All reviews are based on my genuine experience; I apologize for any typos as I typed them all by hand."

The soundproofing was generally good; only people walking and talking near the room door were noticeably quiet. The window seemed to have a slight crack; you could hear some wind whistling, but I was almost awake at the time. Parking was easy; there were plenty of parking spaces. We arrived in the early morning, and the front desk checked us in very quickly, which was great. I would definitely come back next time. By the way, it's not far from Furen Lane Night Market. We drove there, arrived at 2 pm, and there were still shops and stalls open when we went to find something to eat."
