"The hotel is very close to the train station, about an 800-meter walk. The rooms are spacious and well-insulated. There are five restaurants on either side of the entrance, and a bus stop is 100 meters away, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. I (62 years old) was traveling with my 93-year-old father to Yan'an. Due to his age, the hotel manager, Zhu, and the front desk lady, Ms. Du, were extremely helpful. They introduced us to nearby attractions and personally contacted a guide for Hukou Waterfall. I want to especially thank them. The most beautiful lady at the front desk (I can't remember her name) saw that we had a lot of luggage and were pushing a wheelchair, so she drove us to the train station in her own car, which greatly facilitated my trip. I am very grateful to her. This hotel is trustworthy and highly recommended."

"The floor of the room is very high. Visually, it is 3.2 meters tall and has one floor. It does not feel oppressive and is atmospheric. The room was very clean and the stay was comfortable. Checking in at the front desk during the National Day had to wait in line for half an hour. The three front desks were very busy, but in the end I found that the three of them went through the procedures together. After several steps, only one person checked in, and the others were just preliminary contacts and communication😅😅. Although it was recommended that guests waiting in line at the back go to Tower C to check in, with a bunch of luggage and children, no one was willing to drag their luggage to another building. The biggest complaint was that the front desk reported that orders placed by Ctrip after 6 pm that day were not found in the hotel system at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. The worst thing is that I stayed in Building AC. All breakfast the next day was concentrated in Building B, and the breakfast room in Building A was not open. Fifteen or six hundred people went to the restaurant in Tower B to have breakfast. There was no food because of the crowd. You had to fry your own eggs to get the fried eggs. The management had no plan or plan when faced with the crowd?"

"Taking my parents on a red tourism trip, we chose to stay in a cave dwelling on the second day for a unique experience. It truly lived up to its reputation as the largest cave dwelling hotel – spacious, clean, and tidy, with authentic stone cave dwellings. The service was excellent, with exceptionally polite staff. A special thank you to the lovely receptionist, Zhang Wenting, who upgraded our double-kang (heated brick bed) room to a suite on the fifth floor. After checking out the next day, we discovered we might have left our Bluetooth earphones in the room, and Wenting helped us find them and even arranged for them to be delivered by courier. Excellent service! We were surprised to find the room so large, with a living room where we could even have tea. The room was very clean and hygienic, and the kang was 3.6 meters long – spacious enough for five people. My parents were extremely satisfied, saying it was much better than staying in a hotel. This cave dwelling experience was fantastic. The location is right by the Yangjialing Tunnel to the new city area, close to both the old and new city areas. It's within easy reach of the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Pagoda Hill, Yangjiaping, and Zaoyuan by taxi – just the starting fare. We will definitely stay at the cave dwelling hotel again next time we visit. Highly recommended!"

The hotel is also incredibly affordable, with excellent service and a complimentary room upgrade. Parking is convenient, and the breakfast is hearty.
