Yan'an Cultural Exchange Center

"Overall, this hotel was an excellent experience. The location is superb, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The rooms were spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were kind and polite, responding promptly to any needs. Toiletries were provided, and hot water was plentiful. For this price, the quality is truly excellent value, and I highly recommend staying here."

DiJianNanShan Hotel (Yan'an Convention Center New District Government)

"Everything was excellent – great environment, luxurious facilities, spotless hygiene, convenient parking, and attentive service. The 'Princess Room' was especially amazing, incredibly beautiful and perfect for families. Highly recommended!"

Qianshi Hostel

"The front desk staff has been upgraded, the room is relatively spacious, the location of the homestay is very good, in the center of the tourist resort, breakfast is unified, not bad. Not far from the nursery performance. Recommended."

Jinyan'an Beishan Jiusi Homestay

"First, my booked room was somehow broken, and I was moved to a windowless room, which they said was an upgrade. I figured I'd make do for one night, and the lack of a window wouldn't bother me. However, the room's design was seriously flawed, prioritizing useless decoration over practical function and causing endless annoyance. Take the tree in the room, for example; its decoration clashed terribly with the rest of the room. I don't know what the designer was thinking. The lights on the tree were connected to the bathroom, requiring guests to turn them all on or off. The windowless room was already very dark, and having to keep the lights constantly on or off was a clear violation of the principle of functionality over aesthetics, resulting in a terrible user experience. This was especially problematic for guests who needed some light to fall asleep in a windowless room, and there seemed to be no effective solution. I hope this room will be redesigned, starting with removing the gaudy, non-functional tree. I also suggest the hotel use more yellow lighting for decoration, instead of the slightly unpleasant green and purple. Overall, the design was poor, the service was okay, and the breakfast was rather simple. I stayed there for one night, but I didn't really understand the hotel's design."

Guosheng Hotel

"I stayed a few nights here and had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and had free plum tea in the reception room. The room was clean and had great AC. The city is interesting and has a lot to do. I would stay at this hotel again!"

Wang Zi Hotel

"It's not as comfortable living here as it used to be. The toilet isn't kept clean enough, the air conditioner leaks, and the service is poor."

Pudding Collection Hotel (Yan'an Baota Mountain Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital)

Sitong Hotel (Yan'an railway station)

"As previous guests have commented, the hotel is located opposite the Yan'an Railway Station and next to the passenger terminal. The main entrance offers convenient access to numerous bus routes and frequent services to various attractions in the city. The front desk team was friendly and attentive, well-dressed and well-spoken. The hotel's hardware and software facilities were up to standard and clean. The price is particularly favorable for this location in the city center, making the overall value for money an absolute steal. Highly recommended for those visiting Yan'an, don't miss it!"
