Checking in at the front desk during the National Day had to wait in line for half an hour. The biggest complaint was that the front desk reported that orders placed by Ctrip after 6 pm that day were not found in the hotel system at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. The worst thing is that I stayed in Building AC. All breakfast the next day was concentrated in Building B, and the breakfast room in Building A was not open. Fifteen or six hundred people went to the restaurant in Tower B to have breakfast. There was no food because of the crowd. You had to fry your own eggs to get the fried eggs. The management had no plan or plan when faced with the crowd?"
