My trip was canceled by the airline due to adverse weather, immediately I contacted the hotel to understand the reason for cancellation. I know the cancellation request is after the free cancellation time and it is the right of the hotel to charge the full amount. However, for a such respected resort, I was expecting you to understand and appreciate this matter, but you did not give any flexibility on the matter or room for discussion, and I was fined for the full amount of my stay!!!
