The only hotel to stay at when in the city. About 25 minute drive from the train station. Restaurants, bakery and retail are three minute walk from the hotel.

We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

I was here for a week and the staff is very helpful. Lily at the front desk is super sweet and helped me find what I needed. This hotel smells really nice and they give you plenty of water! 👍👍👍

We arrived at the hotel at 7pm and the food we brought ourselves needed to be heated. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and helped us put the food into standard containers, which were then heated and delivered to our room. Thank you very much!

忘了拍照片，這是我準備參加考試的時候定的，因為這條路上不堵，這個酒店正好在這條路上，我就選了它。選之前我在評論區看到説有歡迎水果之類的，我進去也沒有 🥺。衞生挺好的。我要特別感謝一下前台的王紅，我住了兩天，她特別細心，並且很耐心，我的問題她都給我解決了，而且考慮的特別到位，第二天沒有給我補咖啡，因為我備考熬夜，需要咖啡，她很貼心送了我一些，然後工作人員專門送到我的房間，以及我需要打印的東西，她都幫我打印了，她人特別好，不知道這個好評對她有沒有用，希望能對她有點用吧。

整體都非常滿意，房間整潔舒適，停車便利，特別感謝王麗雲小美女的關照，不僅給升級成套房還有每日贈送的果盤，連我入住當天的房間都是特別佈置過的，給了我一個大大的驚喜。居住體驗滿分，以後每次來邢台，我都會選擇住在這裏。

房間非常乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，設施齊全，早餐配種十分豐富，小朋友非常喜歡，負責的小王同志看我們長者帶着孩子還幫助我們升級房間，非常感謝。

晚上沒熱水洗澡，找了客服才被告知電力系統在檢修。前台服務不熱情，服務沒有跟上酒店星級。有東西掉洗手間地上，找的時候發現枱麪下非常臟，甚至有垃圾。退房時候，跟前台接待的女士反應完情況，前台很友好，一直在道歉，但仍然彌補不了不好的入住體驗。
