It is rated as 5 star property and they do not have room service. B.fast was very cold. No Ice cube in the Hotel . Location is so bad that you do not get any Normal Taxi you have to call the private taxi like DIDI Bath room shower was not working if you open the tab both the hand and the top shower run together. All towels are kept in Plastic bags seems to us weather to use or not if used hope they do not charge.

The only hotel to stay at when in the city. About 25 minute drive from the train station. Restaurants, bakery and retail are three minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel's facilities, services are first-class, the lobby manager and customer service to very enthusiastic, patient, make people feel like home warm. Whenever we go to Xingtai in the future, we will definitely stay here. Thanks to all the staff!

We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

I was here for a week and the staff is very helpful. Lily at the front desk is super sweet and helped me find what I needed. This hotel smells really nice and they give you plenty of water! 👍👍👍

第一次來河北邢台，這個酒店應該是市內最好的五星級酒店。有游泳池，可以暢遊鍛鍊消夏避暑。酒店環境非常不錯，服務也很到位。附近吃喝非常方便。進店有迎客水果，離店還有伴手禮，送了一把夏季非常實用的雨傘🌂給酒店點贊👍

同學來邢台開會，這兩天在邢台，住在萬峯大酒店。我去找她匯合遊玩兒。酒店房間很大，景色很好，非常安靜。主管王小姐熱心周到，給孩子準備了水果和晚安牛奶。贈送咖啡卷和晚安餐太驚喜了。有任何的疑問和疑慮都可以諮詢和解決。周邊外婆港粥屋很好吃，黑家餃子好吃😋，邢台海洋樂園很棒。

很標準的五星級酒店，基礎裝修跟新型酒店稍顯落後，畢竟已建成多年，但品質一點也不差，配套很齊全也比較高檔，床品質量很好，衞生標準也無可挑剔，停車也非常方便，早餐也很豐盛

房間乾淨衞生，接待服務非常人性周到，大堂張怡在入住前及時聯繫確認訂單確認具體的客户需求。到店的時間比較晚，帶着小孩，酒店周到給提前準備了用品，下次去邢台還選這裏。

非常好的酒店👍真真的物超所值。房間設施完善，服務貼心、周到。我們入住時所訂房間的樓層施工，酒店免費升級了零壓房。酒店的自助餐也非常好吃，食品品種多，味道好。離開時不小心遺落了一條數據線，酒店特意打來電話詢問，很貼心。非常好的居住體驗，下次來邢台，還會訂萬峯👍

酒店環境特別好～我們選的是家庭親子套房，哆啦A夢主題非常可愛。還專門配備了小朋友的洗漱用品，還有水果和小禮物，非常的細緻，小朋友很喜歡。酒店的層數很高，住在高層的話視野開闊，體驗感非常好。早餐也很棒，種類豐富，尤其是豆沫和煎餅，強烈推薦。餛飩也不錯。總而言之，真是一次不錯的入住體驗。不愧是老牌五星級酒店！
