Good value for money, very clean, large breakfast with a good coffee. Shower equipment is getting a little worn, though very clean.

Bookef the 2nd time .. again great as always..

1. Request for non smoking room. End up with cigarettes smell room.  2. Request for double bed. End up with one big bed.

The place was nice. I wish the breakfast was better.

The hotel is located on the island, with a subway station (Lianhua Road Station) Line 1 attached. The interior decoration is very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the counter staff is very enthusiastic, and the service attitude is very good

She asked if I could refund it today. I said, isn't it refunded tomorrow? She said that I haven't paid the fee yet, which made me angry all of a sudden. I originally booked a room, but I couldn't check in at the front desk. They said the room hadn't been cleaned. I increased the price and changed the room type. I paid the room fee deposit at the front desk. I fell asleep for a while and called to ask me to pay to cancel the order. Wouldn't the front desk see clearly in advance before calling to ask customers? Is this how the hotel trains its employees? It makes me angry.

The sanitary environment is good, but two points need to be strengthened 1. We stayed in 1421 for four nights. The water pressure was too low and it was not pleasant to take a shower. It was especially painful for girls to wash their hair! 2. The bidet in the restroom opens and closes the toilet lid and flushes at irregular intervals 24 hours a day. When I reported this to the front desk on the first day, I was asked to unplug the plug and plug it back in again, but it was totally useless... I endured this toilet music for four nights! It is worth mentioning that the cleaning lady is very nice, enthusiastic and polite!
