The surrounding area has both the atmosphere of the city - in the morning, you can go to the old brand in the alley to eat a bowl of Hulutou Pao Mo, and when night falls, the creative Shaanxi restaurant on the pedestrian street is also quite romantic. 4. The staff's service is meticulous and professional, from check-in to nightfall service is just right. I was quite satisfied with the Mercure hotel in Xi'An and I got really great help from the staff. Mainly a lady named SUNNY who were able to speak english very well. She even brought me great support during her resting time by ordering food for me, The only thing for a foreigner is that it was not easy to find, just around the hotel, a nice place to eat or have a drink. Also, the breakfast in the hotel was veryday the same with very little choice. Still, I will still use this hotel next time I go to Xi'An as quality/price is is a great value.

Love the Orange Hotel.. From the first moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with a pleasant aroma of oranges. Front desk staff were A+ super friendly and greeted me with a pleasant smile. Cleaning staff were cheery and helpful. Really nice complimentary orange tea in the room with 4 bottles of drinking water. Location was awesome - lots of see and do in the lively square. Steps away from the subway line 2 and the Bell Tower. I will definitely stay here again!

The room is not big in Xi'an, where every inch of land is valuable, but it's OK. It has a big French window and is quite comfortable to live in. The auntie in the lobby is also very nice. She saw that I bought mineral water and said that there is some in the room. I said that it's not enough and she said, ”Then come down and get some. We provide it for free, so you don't have to pay.” Also, there is free parking, which is great.

We arrived at Xi'an North railway station from Chongqing around 11.30 pm. So, ibis hotel is one of the nearest hotels. We arrived by taxi & it costs only 10 Yuan & it is refundable by ibis hotel 👍. We washed & dried our clothes before traveling to our next destination. Breakfast is also nice & my son really loves the yogurt drink. The next morning, we went to the nearest subway station going to Xi'an city centre. It is walking distance & very convenient for our family of 3 (2 adults + 5 year old kid).

The front desk was very welcoming, and there was a dedicated person to guide the room route, which was great! Going to play, the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps is not far away, a 20-minute drive, very good
