Apartments Xi'an

Our stay was pleasant until the checkout experience, which left us deeply disappointed. When we approached the reception desk to check out, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. He spoke in Chinese, which we couldn’t understand, and repeatedly mentioned the app Trip.com. When I showed him my Trip.com booking, he took my phone without permission and went straight to the hotel review section, clicking “all excellent” ratings on my behalf. We were shocked by this behavior and immediately told him that as a receptionist, it is inappropriate and unethical to fill out a guest’s review. This incident ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their staff’s professionalism.

A beautiful hotel, felt welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. We received a complementary gift bag containing snacks and biscuit shaped in the local main sights, along with a hand drawn map of Xi’an city. The room was nicely decorated, there was a complementary face and eye mask in the room which was a nice touch. The location was very central, with all main sights in the city no more than 10-15 minutes walk away. Having a self service laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier was a real bonus.

I recently had the pleasure of booking through 小梅, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. 小梅 was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her warm and approachable personality made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

I’ve been there for 2 nights was amazing place at the first time in Xi’an. The hotel very close to metro ( Ningyongmen station exit A2 ) and the hotel is close to the Xi’an wall along to the the bell tower , Muslim night street , mall , shopping places are all you can go by walk. Also get easy bus Emperor Qinshihuang's for the next day. The room very reasonable price and clean , fresh staff was excellent their job. I would rate 10000/10 for this one and would be there again for sure. Hope you guys don’t hesitate to stay here. Have a great day in Xi’an.

The first time to stay in Xi 'an this hotel, the overall feeling is very good, but also gave us a free upgrade room type, very good! The room lighting is also very good, there is a French window is very beautiful, the room is the same as the pictures on the Internet, the decoration style is simple and elegant, which is my favorite style, the room is clean and sanitary, especially comfortable after check-in, the reception service attitude is very good 👍 next time I will continue to choose this hotel! Room hygiene aunt clean very clean, next to a famous scenic spot in Xi 'an city wall at night and lanterns, close to other scenic spots, is really a very good geographical location. Here I would like to thank Ms. Tian, who is also Ms. Maruko, for being able to communicate with me in fluent English when checking in. Although she said that her English was not good, hahaha, she was very good at communicating with us in English, and would also recommend Xi 'an food and scenic spots to us. She will also send me the ppt of Xi 'an tourism made by herself. She will also ask us whether we use sweet soup every day, and will also send us fruit, which is very sweet. The breakfast here is also very rich, both Chinese and Western, but also the local characteristics of Xi 'an, such as Roujiamo and noodles are very good. Transportation is also very convenient to the subway station is also very close, parking is convenient at the door, mainly nearby places to eat, supermarkets, shopping malls, fruit shops have very convenient and sell specialty stores, are very close. It's very convenient. Every staff here is very warm-hearted. Every time we go out, we will ask whether we need to bring hot mineral water or whether we need to clean the room, etc. Every service staff will greet us when we meet, which makes me feel warm. Very satisfied with a stay experience, the hotel security staff will take our luggage, and the front desk staff is very warm, strongly recommend you to travel to Xi 'an, choose this hotel, really good! Xi 'an has a lot of food, we will continue to taste next time, and the free shuttle service is really humanized. The service is impeccable, giving me a warm feeling like home, and I believe you will love it here too. Good location. Walking distance to Bell & Drum Towes, “Muslim food street”. Many restaurants nearby.  About CYN 33 DiDi to Xi’an North Railway Station. My view, they need upgrade of certain fittings / fixtures in the bedroom.  Overall happy nothing much to complain with the price I paid.

Pros - Perfect location, right in front of Xi'an bell tower, 10m from metro entrance. Great range of breakfast bar (starts at 7am) from chinese dishes, pastry, yogurt, soy milk, coffee, to local delights order counter as well. Taste good. Free tea break from 2pm to 4pm. Packed breakfast service with pastries available if unable to dine in due to super early trip schedule. Clean & comfortable bed. Room space is acceptable. All toiletrie, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush etc. were provided. Front desk responsive on feedback/enquiries. Having temporary luggage storage service after check out. Cons - Do Not Disturb button not functioning after taking out the room card. Cleaner in my room when we were temporarily out for breakfast and our belongings were exposed that time.

Good : location was great, just 5 min walk from subway, 20 min ride from the Great goose pagoda. The breakfast was great too, good variety. The room has a smart system but it's a bit confusive. The bed is big and comfortable. The heating system is good.The staff of the hotel was professional and kind. Bad : Even with the modern smart system, the room is a bit outdated. It was dark, and the window didnt provide enough daily light. The glass between the room and the toilet was transparent and doesnt give you any privacy. Unfortunately, even though we asked for a non smoking room, we got a smoking one so we were a bit dissapointed because it had a smell of cigarettes.

Stayed here for our Xian trip. Hotel was modest but adequate. Staff did not speak english but we used the translator apps so that was not a major issue. Room was big and comfortable. Self-Service Laundry is available. Halal restaurants are available along the streets. Location is near to the Lumoushi Pedestrian shopping alley and about 15 mins walk to the Huimin Muslim Food Street. Very close to the metro station. A special mention to our housekeeper Ms Xiaoxiao at Level 8 for keeping good care of our room and the other staff for their warmth service.
