Perfect location and the service team is super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Location is perfect. Room are new and fresh. They even gave us some fruits for free.

The looks and feel of the hotel is nostalgic. A bit old in terms of the room that we stayed in. As Xi’an is known for its spicy food, it’s a reprieve to have some non-spicy options provided at breakfast. The spread for the buffet dinner is nice and filling. Overall it’s a great place to stay-in and relax.

The location of the hotel is good, but I didn't go to the Great Wild Goose Pagoda. Next time I have the opportunity, I will come back to the front desk. The nico service is very good

Very close to the Big Goose Pagoda and right beside the night street area. The room is not in the main hotel building, needs to walk 5 mins inside hotel corridor from hotel lobby. Room is spacious with proper residence amenities and a washing machine. King size bed and a big sofa bed.  Great for family of 3-4.

This hotel is at a superb location just next to 不夜城. However, to go to Metro need a long walk. Breakfast has wide selection of food. Bed is very comfortable. We also tried the buffet dinner which is great. Also visited the free ticket to basement museum which is quite a good scale and collections. Truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Highly recommended although price is not cheap.

Everything are great. Renevation need to be planned as five-star hotel in the future soon.

Great location, very convenient and close to all the famous attractions in Xi’an

Cindy Zhang is attentive and understanding our needs and able to provide an affectionate and warm welcome for our stay in West in Xian. Location is superb next to tang streets and goose pagoda is walking distance opposite hotel. I visited spa perhaps can check sauna room is not hot in the morning and jacuzzi is neither cold or hot should change to hot water. All staff showed highest standard of service and hospitality. Keep it up!

Great location... Friendly staffs... Will stay again when we come Xi'An...

One of the rooms had soe issues. The coffee machine would not work the first morning, the hotel replaced it for the next morning, but the outlet came out of the wall so could not use it. In the same room there was gas or sewage smell.

Great hotel, excellent location. There is convenience store and Starbucks nearby , and many food options. The breakfast was very good. Great experience

The hotel location is excellent, right in the centre of things. So many interesting things to see just a short stroll away. Staff were great, really helpful and polite. Our room was good - decent size and good provisions. Breakfast was a highlight- lots of options and all very tasty.

Great location, couldn't ask for better. The room wasn't perfect, scuffed a fair bit on the wood, but one of the best hotels I've stayed in this trip to China
