THE BEST HOTEL EVER NEAR METRO QIAZIKOI D1 EXIT NEAR MUSLIM QUARTER AND CHEAP FOOD ROOM WAS SPACIOUS THE BESTTT EVER SO FAR IN XIAN. TEN STAR TO ALL

The hotel is very convenient for us as we rely heavily on the subway for transportation. The Qiaozikou station is directly in front of the hotel. You can easily reach the hotel from the airport by subway. 24 hours security & reception services available. It's in the quieter area of the Xi'an Ancient City. The location is perfect for foodie like. The nearby halal eateries can be reached by walking. If you walk further up a bit by the corner end of the road, you can reach up to Sajinqiao. It's less busier compared to the Muslim Quarter area at Huimin Street and where most of the locals go out to eat. The hotel room is clean with daily room service. Hotel staff are very helpful despite the language barrier. They provide a washing machine but there's no dryer. WiFi is provided but the connection is very limited. Overall it was a pleasant stay and worth the price. Highly recommended for travellers with a tight budget.

The room was big and comfortable. The subway station is just in front of the hotel, but you can also walk to the main tourist attractions too. Very nice!

Really enjoyed the place. The location is awesome, very close to the center, right at the metro station. The staff is polite and helpful and the room is very clean and spacious. Would stay there again!

I booked this hotel for 3 nights. Good location, the metro is in front of the hotel, very easy to travel. The staffs are good. I am a foreigner who can't speak Chinese, but they helped me as much as they could. I recommend staying here.

The room is pretty small, if the purpose of your visit is to have a comfortable place to sleep, this place is good. The staffs are really friendly and helpful

The subway station is right at the entrance, making transportation very convenient. The double room has only one chair; having two would be more practical. There is no luggage stand or rack, making it inconvenient to store belongings. The shower has strong water pressure and maintains a comfortable hot temperature. I truly appreciate the extended check-out time.

Wonderful location right outside of a Metro station and near one of the entries to the Wall. Spacious rooms, highly recommended.

Close to the city center and willing to help even they don’t speak a word of English. Everything was clean

The front counter staff was excellent even with our broken Mandarin skills. We arrived at 9 and they quickly got our room ready so we could check in early. The metro is right in front which a a great bonus. Staff directed us to the street around the corner for food which was amazing. We are in 4 different restaurants in the area for cheap. There is a Muslim mixed community so you can get some of the food items without going to Muslim Quarter. Cheaper and tastier from what our driver said. Lots of little shops close by. See photos below. Prices were good. Laundry machines free to use. Detergent is 6 CNY. Small area to sit and eat as well in lobby. A few points complaint is room was not as clean with some garbage still in ground. We only had 3 towels initially for a booking of 5 but they quickly gave us more. So if you need anything just ask. Would have been nice to have more than 2 water bottles though. Tea and coffee was not replaced after first day. We forgot to ask for more so partially our fault but would have been nice to have they do it without asking. Our beds were also not made when they cleaned our rooms. Not a bit deal but odd. The shower doesn't drain fast enough so I roved the covers and that solved the issue. Air conditioning was great. Luggage storage also available which helped as we didn't leave until evening. The main downtown is only a few minutes subway ride away.

The Location of the hotel is great, near to metro station and bell tower. however, during winter, the air conditioning is centrally controlled and thus we were unable to adjust the temperature and had to open the window because the room was getting too warm. The receptionist service was subpar and not sure if one of the staff was new but we had to get our room card re-activated EVERY SINGLE DAY since we were staying for more than 1 night which was a first for me, never heard of such a thing. A washing machine was available for use but no detergent was provided neither was there a dryer. Parcels delivered were thrown on a shelf together with other people's parcel and we had to search through the shelf for our parcel which I thought was slightly unsafe as anyone could claim the parcel as theirs. However, for the price and the location, this hotel is still considered okay. Only stay here if you have no expectations for customer service and are only looking for an affordable and convenient hotel. I would rather pay slightly more for a better hotel with better staff and amenities.

It was fine - they gave water, and changed towels every day. But people smoked in the corridor, and the room was not cleaned during the stay

Great location very close to the city’s center. Very clean rooms comfortable rooms. Fair price. great coffee on the last floor. Had a great time here!!!
