On the night of check-in, three people with room cards entered my room three times at around 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock in the night. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. Second, there is no heating in the room. The air conditioner was blown all night and it was still 15 degrees. Even after changing rooms, it was still the same. The air conditioner did not heat the room and the room was extremely cold. Third, not only was the room cold, there was no hot water in the morning and evening, and I couldn't take a shower.
