Happy with the hotel, most importantly it was clean and the service was good

Front desk service was exceptional. I found out the bathroom didn’t work properly when I checked in, they immediately changed the room for me. On the day after I checked out and was on the train to another city, I realized that I accidentally left my two cellphone chargers in the hotel room. I called the front desk. They located the chargers right away and sent them to me via expedited express delivery before I left China. I am very appreciative and impressed about theirs efficiency and great customer services. In addition, the hotel offers very good free breakfast with varieties and bottled water daily to give a good start of the day. The hotel location is also great and very convenient as well. I’d love to come back to stay in this hotel again.

The service was very good and helpful but they do not speak English so you will have to know some basic Chinese or use a translation app. There are a lot of things to do around the area but for most of the tourist attractions, you will have to take a 30-minute Didi. The bed was clean and so was most of the room. The carpets were not so clean and I stepped on something sharp that was not very nice. The breakfast was good but definitely more catered for Chinese people. I however did enjoy it.

維也納酒店外觀很大氣，壯觀，和老公到武漢辦事，第一次入住這裏。前台小美女很熱情，有問必答，幫我們免費升級到豪華房型。房間比較寬敞，衞生乾淨，設施比較齊全，入住的顧客還可以享受到洗衣房提供的免費洗衣和烘乾。在同等得繁華地段，這個價位也不錯。總之，入住的體驗可以，下次到武漢，有需要還住這裏。

房間蠻大，出入方便，停車場免費，衞生乾淨，前台工作人員態度熱情，必須點贊👍🏻👍🏻 今天跟有個特別值得讚揚的事，本來在預訂時間內打算退房，由於**外賣晚點，跟前台協商後，同意我們延遲一個小時，這種對顧客負責的態度太貼心了，，不甚感激！前台美女代表了維也納的形象，你們對工作負責任的形象，讓我們更加喜歡維也納。✌️️✌️️

房間乾淨衞生，地理位置優越，有免費的停車場，性價比極高，服務態度很好，前台服務靈活，可以在有空房的情況下提前入住，值得推薦

房間大，乾淨整潔，服務態度好，交通方便，安靜舒適，停車場挺大的，早餐豐富，熱乾麪味道不錯，要是能指導調味就更好了。
