You booked two rooms for two nights, and finally chose to give us two negative reviews. You did not choose to communicate with us, nor did you ask to cancel the order, change rooms, or check out early. If you are dissatisfied with the hotel's architectural appearance or rooms from the beginning, you can mention it when you check in, and we will provide you with a full refund. As for the fact that your child had no hot water for bathing, when you informed us on WeChat that there was no hot water, we immediately sent staff to check. We found that there was hot water, and we also asked your family members to confirm it and reported that there was hot water. Our staff only left after another family member informed them of how to use the electric water heater. We didn’t receive any feedback from you the next day saying that the children still haven’t had a bath. We understand that you do have a lot of family members. You came back very late after the concert and the children must be very tired. If you inform us of this situation, we will be happy to make additional arrangements. Take care of your children. Finally, we would like to remind you again that the water heaters installed in all our rooms are electric water heaters. Although the water heaters are powered 24 hours a day, the capacity of the water heaters is limited, which is 60L. When there are multiple people staying, we recommend that when the first person has finished washing and you feel that the water temperature is not enough, wait patiently for 30 minutes and the water heater will boil water for you again.
