Unfortunately, the reviews I read before booking did not reflect the reality of my stay. The room I was given was extremely small, dark, and—most concerning—had unclean bedding. The sheets were stained, and I experienced severe itching throughout the night. Although I had booked two nights, I left after the first and moved to Lux Apart-Hotel in the market square, which was far superior and only slightly more expensive."

"If I could give 0 starts I would. WORSE hotel experience of my life and much closer to being a 2 star than a 5. I stayed after a friend’s wedding and would never ever return here. Not only was my suite dirty but the shampoo and conditioner had not been restocked, The worse thing though was the fact they LOCKED me into the spa, honestly unbelievable. They did not check to see if anyone was in there, they turned off all the lights and locked all the doors. THE MOST UNSAFE HOTEL ever. No fire lights no fire doors, no alarms no phone to ring. I rang the concierge to no avail, I have recorded all this and raised a complaint and they stoped email back and just ignored me. THEY DO NOT CARE for your wellbeing or to give a response to any complaints. DO NOT GO HERE."

"First booking cancelled due to flooding danger – the Mayor stopped everything, but Sofia Hotel was like, “Refund? Never heard of it.” Second booking – stayed for 2 nights… that felt like a week. Room card? Not working. Went back to reception. Solution? An actual key – that set off an alarm every time I opened the door. Perfect way to meet all the neighbors. Returned to reception again because the aircon remote batteries were dead. I felt like I was part of a relay race. Aircon only blowing warm air. Midnight aircon troubleshooting session with the receptionist, who spent 15 minutes “fiddling” with the remote. My reward? A tropical night in Wrocław. The hotel is right across from the train station. Trams, traffic, and honking horns serenaded me all night. The windows might as well have been made of paper. Asked the reception to call me a taxi to get to my conference. They pointed to a business card like it was some ancient artifact and told me to call myself. The service? Nonexistent. They’re basically a money extraction service disguised as a hotel. Final thoughts: I wouldn’t even recommend this place to students pulling all-nighters."

"Good location, opposite the train station, convenient. The breakfast was good and the room was OK. We had two adults and one child, and they arranged a small single bed for me. It was probably for this bed that the front desk insisted on us paying an extra 35 zips when we checked in, which is about 70 RMB, 10% of the room rate. Although the money was not much, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was really rude and impolite... Fortunately, our Ctrip service staff handled it in time."

Water, coffee and tea set modest, but you can always ask for a refill. Clean bathroom, there is a bathtub, which I love. Hotel near the train station and the city center. Tram stops near the facility, you can get everywhere cheaply. A small minus for the TV offer, very modest. Plus for the idea of ​​additional heating in the bathroom!
