Nice location in Wollongong. The staff and room were great. The room which I was provided was very spacious. View is fantastic overlooking the local golf course. Would recommend if staying for business or as a couple.

Loved the hotel service, the room and facitlity is clean, the pool is not so clean but that is expected in busy time of the year during the school holidays. The location is excellent, close to the beach and shops and easy 10-15 mins walk to almost everything.. will recommend it to friends and family

Great location to spend our Australia Day trip

Everything ok except they’re charged us for car park use. The thing is they didn’t tell us earlier if we use car park they’re going to charge. If we stay there, where do we park car ????

Hotel location was great except booked ocean view but was told that all rooms gave away from ocean. False information given on website and hotel

Room had some broken items. Check in was good however we advised at booking 2 adults and 2 child…. They had no record of our child so we waiting for a putt out bed because of it. I even called and confirmed name and age of child and still nothing was done.

Good location near the beach. Parking outside is free unless have events on. Nearby walking distance to supermarket and eateries.

Staff were very cordial and helpful. Large plates at dinner and breakfast were generous helping of food. Just minutes walk from the beach, entailed a scenic locale.

Reasonably priced for great quality room. Front Reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Convenient location able to walk to beach and shops.

Rooms have been updated and was clean and spacious. We got a room that has an adjoining door to the room next door and this door was not soundproof. Noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms travel. Also, the 'King' bed is just two twin beds joined together, I wish housekeeping added a pillow topper or additional bedding so you didn't notice the gab in between. We were only staying 1 night, so made do. But if we were staying longer, we would have requested a room change or additional padding from housekeeping.

The staff were very welcoming on arrival, check I was easy and quick. Parking is on street unless you pay for it. This can be a bit tricky when there is an event on at the stadium, then expect to walk. The room was fairly clean the bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms have basic hotel facilities, would have like to have some small bowls in room as there was only cups and spoons Two disappointments on the stay, breakfast menu for the Buffett was very limited no hot food and definitely not worth the $25 . Went to another hotel to have breakfast instead. The pool area was never cleaned we stayed 2 nights and always had rubbish in the area , food scraps and containers around the seating area in the evening. When we reported that there was food multiple food scraps in the pool, paper, chips, look like toilet paper and other food scraps in the pool to the evening staff seemed attentive and wanting to assist, come the morning and still wanting to go for our last swim with my child. Pool was still filthy and I had to report it to the reception again which they were completely unaware. Disappointed to say the least !!

Very friendly staff at all levels. Clean, fuss free and convenient location. Ammenities very good.
