"First of all, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms itself is another story. I was told that all rooms have connecting doors to each other rooms. What?!!yes there are locks that you can secure it but I have never encountered this staying at a hotel. A hostel yes but not a hotel. The faucet from the shower was pulled out from its place. The mini refrigerator was not working despite several attempts. I did mentioned it to staff and they offered if I wanted it handled before or after breakfast. Lastly, breakfast wasn’t appealing. Not enough options for protein only yogurt. Perhaps bagels with cream cheese or eggs would be an option. This place has potential because of the staff. I hope some of these ideas are taken to account to be able to see this place soar."

"This hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was superb, very cordial and helpful. It is walking distance to Legoland (10 min normal pace), so that was a big plus. Free parking on premises and many eating options around. Cons: the pool is not heated, so it was extremely cold for Spring. Even though they state the suites as "full kitchen", there is no stove and therefore you cannot cook. However, the front desk staff offered a portable electric burner. Breakfast is limited and could be better. Overall, this is a great place for families if going to Legoland, or for business in central Winter Haven"

Kitchenette is complete: full size fridge/ice maker, dishwasher, glassware, nice flatware, stove. Etc. Down pillows as well. Can’t say anything bad about it, other than try getting a room facing the front or side of the building for quietness."
